I'm around episode the 8th episode and still trying to get into what's happening in the story, I'll try a lil harder cuz I like the type of plot, I'm just really lost 😆😆😆 and hope it's worth it cuz i love the actors and the rating is too high to ignore it I'm open to insights if anyone has it
this drama is so well done, unfortunately didn't do it for me, I had fun during everyone's stories but it felt like the main narrative wasn't going anywhere, it really dragged on for me.
Wish we could have a bigger piece of second couple to pretend like we had something to grab off romance in the drama.
Good drama, surely but I personally wasn't going for it, kinda disappointed
I loved the movie till the twist (which was so nice the way they executed) was realistic but I was hoping for them to talked it out at least to explain things to each other poor ppl who got involved in their ways, unfair to know they wont get actual love
Too many good plot but mediocre delivery, the act is great through the drama but the story is too stale and boring…
oh my you're so so right! I felt forced to finish as well although I liked the drama! Hard to explain, but the round and round of the same exact situation for all characters killed me a bit
aw I really enjoyed this drama till 26-28 episodes, after that I went through it skipping the major part. It felt like literal fillers, nothing much happened. I feel sad knowing they had as long as they'd like to properly develop everyone's storyline but choose to be repetitive, forcing me to skip through 7 episodes.
I LOVED the way Shen Yue is portrait as an adult! Loved the long hair, the work talks, office interactions, ger adulting worries, really liked to watch her in this character.
Couldn't see the point of showing the broken relationship Guan Xing Xin had with the godparent that much to leave it as it was, after an "I'll move out" everything was left behind, what could be a healing and so romantic relationship with Du Le became a sequence of very sour scenes just for that glance in the end (!?????) I was so hopeful for her to truly find herself, they did not do just to her journey
FL's boss history went NOWHERE, if was going to stay just as it was, they could have given us her end on ep 10 or so.
ML's boss just pissed me off from her first breath till the end I pretty much skipped her, nothing in her scenes made her necessary.
I get it this drama is supposed to be more 'realistic' but again, there was more than enough time to give everyone a nice development and closure.
So although I think the drama its worth (trying to) watching if you're into melo, certain amount of healing... it lacks development and closure for everyone else besides main leads and their parents.
his boss attitude and her boss romance not romantic history are the parts I skip the most, his boss was introduced 'later' in the story so her screen time is just a filler for me, usually don't think a modern drama needs more than 24 episodes having passed the first half I'm so sure there's nothing to follow for 34.
thinking about this one, how's the romance and most important: is it too much anguish? been missing some Yang Zi but all she's in has SO MUCH anguish involved ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ž
oh I LOVE their conversation in the 27 th episode, but oh my goodness the disappearing for 6 months+ was absolutely unnecessary! It nearly killed me watching three episodes of this poor man trying to find his woman + watching ger struggling ughhhh
I've hear the rumors early this week and only this morning all the facts put together, never really watched anything with Sae Ron before, when her passing happened just felt that common "how unfortunate" felling. To be honest barely watched Soo Hyun's dramas either although he's (hopefully will soon be an 'used to be') an A listed artist, his dramas were not my type. Recieving all the facts through made my whole day really bitter, a sudden passing of unfamiliar artist got it's weight so heavy on me.
Now I feel extremely sad for what the circumstances turned her life into.
What a cruel monster. We know isn't a rest in peace type of death, but in this moment I would love to believe this poor soul found a better reality to abide.
Life ALWAYS give people back what they've done, rather we get to see them coming or not, I'm 100% sure he and all the responsible ppl will receive what's theirs, including the horrible dirty ones that are beside screens trying to pretend everything is fine, wasting their time to protect someone who's a true real life criminal.
I'm on 25th episode, when her mom goes to the hospital to get the check up and Su Ye hesitates to text Xi Fan about it. WILL THEY BREAK UP because he kept a secret? (even if her mom asked him to it, I literally post that episode to ask this so idk)
I'm so glad I didn't pay attention to the rate this time! I gave a go because the number of watchers and yay! Super sweet drama and the OST is quite nice as well.
Enjoyed the development of the leads and loved the second couple, wish we could see a bit more of the ML's dad/mom-son relationship or at least kids from any of the couples, but I think it covered pretty much everything and thank goodness no rushed ending like the past dramas I expected so much from and got all but a well addressed ending.
Was so good starting with no expectations this time, so if you're wondering if you should start, give it a try if you're looking for a light and sweet and many times innocently funny drama. It's a good refreshments in between high productions, that get too hyped up and don't deliver, was a plus not having to wait for the episodes.
