In my opinion (I haven't read the book so it's based on the drama), CC and WS's relationship was not so good. They were fighting a lot. And CC was not that happy. We saw that WS told them to kiss when they were drunk, as a game. So they did and they found it funny. Probably that Guo filled a gap in CC'd heart. That WS didn't fill. It was a sort of friendship but with affection.

He likes to make plans but he's far from evil. Evil people don't feel guilt.
But maybe it was just a joke.

11 episodes in and I'm still enjoying this drama very much❤️. No boring moment. Everything happens quickly and I love the dynamics between the characters.
Zhuge's wig though. The one with the braids. What is this? It looks like it weights 3 kilos and that he has too much hair. I just can't concentrate. The first wig was better 😅

Because WS made him believe that love is when the other get passionate and angry and fight. But CC was so soft with him and understanding, so he thinks it's not love.
