I'll begin saying I like the drama, the cast etc etc but tbh I'm a little disappointed. Maybe bc I'm spoiled by how warm the webtoon is, so all these toxic exes plot makes uncomfortable. In the drama, Jae Hyuk is literally a dangerous man. Episodes 7 and 8 were nice and all but we actually watched 43min of crazy exes, 2min of CLOY reference, 7min of funny ahjussi and 8min of our cute couple. If it wasn't adapted from the webtoon, I wouldn't mind; but I honestly think that story would be better put in a movie or a minidrama.

the first episode was so badly edited. which convenience store worker dresses like that tho? i know talking about…
I didn't like the editing too (the main reason I paused at 24 minutes and decided to wait next episodes). About the age gap I'm not gonna jump on you but it's the same from the manhwa and at least in the manhwa it adds to the plot since he's kinda tormented by it. Yes, the black face is cringy (it's 2020 for fu*** sake)

I can't even bother about the age gap and I know it's a comical drama but istg im a bit scared of that guy in fake dread, rasta color hoodie and 2 tones darker makeup since i fucking hate stereotypes x_x and I think they're gonna portray him as the lousy friend in the most idiotic way possible

It's not going to be on Netflix. Maybe on KOCOWA, since it's an SBS series.
neither. Iqiyi has it this time.

Let's simply cancel hetero liar Jin Sung and let him live his life out of entertainment industry and hire Ma Hyun Yi for the role in a 'gay chefnim's sweet muncies'

im not saying you're wrong but you know you could just go fanfic the boyfriend you think kang tae wan deserves.…
or maybe he was going to end up with a supporting character from the beginning you know. main leads are entangled in an 'atypical love triangle', it's in the description since day 0. i mean at least they were going for a polyamorous romance. someone was going to be left out :v idk maybe bc im rooting for the actual gay characters from the beginning (and hating hetero gay for misleading uri precious KTW) but i really see no problem if they're end game

This drama keeps going downhill, the fact that he had the opportunity to come clean, but he continued lying is…
im not saying you're wrong but you know you could just go fanfic the boyfriend you think kang tae wan deserves. i honestly see no problem with ji sungs brother (he's a youngster and he seems to be really carefree and all) except for the fact that writernim is not showing any of his background etc

im highly against fetishizing homosexuality so you guys who jumped into this kdrama knowing its not ~~~~~~~~bl (even this term pisses me off) and started shipping the wrong guys think kang tae wan can only e happy with the main guy? doesnt he deserve better than dating a hetero? do you guys think the main guy will suddenly turn bi? do you think its possible to 'turn' gay? and yes i agree protect kang tae wan at all costs and hope writernim dont mess up his arch when he finds out he has an unrequited love (which i think he already knows he has ut okay)

Thats why I never read them.
Does modern cdramas even have surprising and different scripts at all? They all have the same tropes or they're adaptations. When you go for modern cdramas, the best tip I can give you is to look for: the dubbing, the acting and chemistry between the cast.

The only question is why would he date her if he was gay..I don't understand people
so i have a friend who stayed married with a woman for 4 years and he was gay since birth BUT bc he was born in a conservative and influential family he thought he was the one who was wrong so he forced himself to like her. and that's it. he suffered a lot since he isn't bi, he's homosexual. His now ex-wife was the one that actually helped him but now they aren't friends or anything but they don't hate each other. Not everyone can deal with themselves, their family or society. It's really really hard for some ppl. Please stop judging ppl

I know adults don't act their age in this drama but Jae Young is so annoying I'm almost dropping it altogether

At this point they either offer the leads lots of money or the leads are plain ass stupid. Also, why do they hire…
Like MDL is such a good place in terms of ratings :v
