I dropped this at ep 24, can someone just spoil me on the ending for Xiu Xiu and Dao Jiao? What happens to them?

I just finished this drama and felt the exact same. It made me lower my rating :/

I can't be the only one who found the romance in this show to be boring with no chemistry. To my surprise, the chemistry was oozing between her and the bully's husband. Their scenes were so much better than the romance with the doctor. I really wished they kept her relationship with the doctor platonic, would've been better. I wish kdramas didnt have to feel like they need to add romance to everything.

I don't understand the shaman scene near the last episode? why did she suddenly collapse/die? can someone explain?

when I read the book in 2017 I literally rated the book a 4 stars out of 5 on Goodreads cos I didn't care about Solomon's story and found it boring, I would've rated it a 5 if it wasn't for his arc. I'm kinda annoyed the series is focusing so much on him.
