I really loved this drama and binged episode 5 to 16 since I was so obsessed. I think if you are not invested in the story-line at first, make your decision to drop after you watch episode 5. That is definitely when I got hooked.
I am liking this so far, thinks it's a really good drama (only on episode 4), but for the life of me I can't understand why they cast a 27 year old to play a 16 year old who then grows closer/becomes friends with an actual 14 year old actress. Kinda weird to me. Don't know if they are making a loveline with those two characters, but I wonder why they didn't cast either an older girl or a younger guy to play the high schoolers. Makes it kinda creepy.
Yeah I dropped this after the first episode since it just didnt grip me. I wondered if something was wrong with me since everyone seemed to love it, but your review reassures me that maybe I don't have to try to watch it again lol
Underrated. Definitely one of the best dramas I've seen. Give it a chance if you're torn whether to start this. I was addicted from the very first episode.
A testament to how good this drama is is that I finished it in 2 days. If you are considering watching it, just do it. One of the best love stories in any drama.
I would've rated this show much higher if it was not for the daughter character. She honestly was so annoying. The main love story was AMAZING 10/10, but the daughter and her immaturity is what made me give it an 8/10. To be honest, around episode 25 I began to skip the daughter scenes and focus on the rest of the characters and their stories so that is why I can't give it a full 10 like I want to, due to the daughter. ALL IN ALL, WATCH IT, but don't feel guilty if you also skip the daughter's scenes.
WHAT AN AMAZING FILM. Absolutely beautiful and unique. If you are debating whether to watch it, do not debate anymore. It is a great film and I would watch it again. I think a lot of korean movies lack something and they specialize their storytelling in dramas, but this movie was so well done that I have no criticisms.
This show isn't bad or anything, but I'm 5 episodes in and cannot feel any chemistry between the leads. To be honest, I feel more chemistry with her ex husband and her than the couple we are supposed to ship and root for. I really just do not feel anything between them. Maybe it will improve as the episodes progress, but idk.
