In about 24 hours I've already watched 7 episodes. I'm really enjoying this! It's the perfect distraction from school and work and everything, haha. It's just so cozy.
I'm enjoying both the characters and the actors. I haven't seen the leads in anything else but so far I like their performance :)
I'm really curious to know! Who is your favourite character in this series? And who do you ship? I'm just really curious about what other peoples' thoughts are ^^
I came to enjoy this series far more than I thought when I first started it. Most of the characters grew on me throughout the show and I liked that a lot of the things that the characters went through were really relatable. Every episode was pretty solid and made you fell something, whether it was happiness, sadness, hatred or whatever. I'm excited about watching the other seasons and follow the progress of my favourite characters and ships.
I enjoyed the acting and I think that the music in this movie was really nice. But the camera work was awful, at some of the most emotional scenes they would film from such a huge distance that you couldn't even see the actors' expressions. It's a sweet story, nothing really new or unique so I was bored at times. The pacing of this movie was really off as well.
All in all, a much better drama than my first impression of it. It got better with each episode. The acting improved so much, I grew to really like the characters and I think that they developed the plot in a really nice way :). Fukushi Sota actally impressed me in the last episode. A very good drama, I enjoyed it :)
While the last episode had a couple of great parts (like the fight with the chain, totally badass, and whenever we saw Goo Hyung's love for San) most of it was pretty "meh" for me unfortunately. And the ending was confusing as well.
Is it odd that I found the filler episodes the most interesting? Everything about the love interest, the flashbacks to San's former life and some parts about the vampire organisation I found pretty uninteresting. Still enjoyed most of the drama though!
I need more dramas like this!! Do you have suggestions? (*-*)
Full House Thai (thai drama) and It Started With A Kiss (taiwanese). In both dramas the main leads are "stuck" under the same roof and in both dramas there is amazing chemistry between the actors.
Let us just look past the plot and some characters for a second.
The music in this drama was so beautiful! Especially the instrumental pieces. And I really enjoyed the way that the drama was filmed, I thought that it was really well made!
ISWAK was my first ever asian drama and I'm so extremely biased when it comes to it. The chemistry between Joe and Ariel is out of this world and I'll keep on rewatching this drama forever and ever.
Yes and no. As @Eeshie said, it very much depends on what you like. It gets better with every episode but it is very odd and there are probably much better dramas that you could spend your time on watching, haha :). I like it though. It's easy to follow, cute and funny. :))
