My Thai journey started with Full House and Kiss Me Thai. Both are great!
But what I would definitely recommend is the Hormones Series. It's sooooooo good

My first asian drama ever was a taiwanese drama. It started with a kiss. It will probably forever be my favourite asian drama just because of the nostalgia and everything that that drama started for me.

Running Man and The Genius are my personal favourites.

When I started getting into the world of K-variety, I watched Roommate. Did anyone else watch it? That show introduced me to so many actors and comedians such as Lee Dong Wook, Seo Kang Joon, and Lee Gook Joo (and many more).

Also, when I was getting into kpop, I watched a lot of Showtime. EXO, Beast and Infinite. Oh, and Infinite Ranking King was hilarious!

I actually really enjoyed the soundtrack for Hwayugi. My two absolute favourites of 2018 were Where We from Just Between Lovers and When I Saw You from Hwayugi

Not enough Just Between Lovers if you ask me, haha :P
No, but seriously, I am glad to see that the results are fairly even in most of the categories! Means that we had a pretty great drama year :D

Great list!! :D I'm so glad that you mentioned Hyungsik and High Society, that scene in particular just made me feel so much.

Some more actors that made my heart ache:
*Lee Seung Gi - the last episode of My Girlfriend Is A Gumiho made me bawl my eyes out.
*Lee Junho - Everything in Just Between Lovers. That single tear during that scene with the grandmother deserves an Oscar.
*Kim Soo Hyun - I don't know, I just remember that I cried whenever he cried in You Who Came From The Stars

Running Man and Knowing Brothers are my go-tos whenever I'm feeling down. (I've made it my life mission to watch all Running Man episodes)

BUT! I have to recommend The Genius! It's a really interesting show where they've collected a cast of different celebrities and people with different professions that in some ways could be considered "smart" or "intelligent". It's all about strategies, mind tricks, alliances, and etc. Every episode, there is a big game where the contestants have to use their brains and figure out what everyone else is thinking in order to not be eliminated. Highly HIGHLY recommend.
I got to know the show through Sunggyu (INFINITE) who joined the show for the first season.

Just started watching this (because of youtube clips) and it's hilarious. Every episode so far has made me laugh out loud.

I decided to rewatch this drama and I'm just so pleased with my decision! Honestly, this drama is just so amazing, no matter how many times you watch it.

I compare the rating of dramas that I've watched in order to see if my ratings are constant. If I give a drama a 8/10, then I compare it to other dramas with the same rating. Do I feel like they match in score? And then, I would also compare it to shows at 8.5 and 7.5 just to confirm that "yes, I did prefer that other drama more" or "yeah, this new drama was definitely better than that one at least".

No. 4 is basically the main reason why I rarely get second lead syndrome. Because, usually, there is never a sign that the main lead has any kind of romantic emotions towards the second lead. It is usually pretty darn clear that he/she only consider him/her as a friend at most. Like, I can loooooove the second lead, but I rarely every root for them to end up with the main lead.

Title A Korean Odyssey Spoiler
no. It is not scary. (to me)
I've only watched 4 episodes, but yes, there are ghost, zombies, demons, creepy dolls, some blood and etc. in it. The overall mood in the drama is pretty light though considering that so iIwouldn't say that it's too scary. But perhaps skip those scenes if you're uncomfortable?

I think this drama has the most hated second lead to ever exist in kdrama history....
I don't really get the hate though? Like he could barely even be considered as a second lead because the main couple is just so stable and strong! He is just... there? Definitely feel like there are far worse second leads in kdrama-land.

Just watched the first episode. I've heard a ton of things about this drama and what made me watch it is A) the cast and B) the fact that it's so talked about and in some ways iconic. I kind of felt like I just "had to" watch it at some point.

It's hilarious reading the comments here. Either people love it, hate it, or they love to hate it.

Can anyone pls recommend any other dramas like this. I have watched a couple and want to see if am missing something.…
It Started With A Kiss is a classic and this one is really similar to it :)
