The actor playing Choi Jun (Ki Hyun Woo) conveys a lot about his character through the use of his eyes (the slow and deliberate blinks, the innocent big eyes, the bombastic side eye). It's fun to watch him. He really is the star of this show (and maybe the only reason to watch it).

Yikes. Is that your understanding of whiteface? Whiteface was actually intentionally subversive and critical of racial hierarchy. But even if I give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you meant to refer to people "passing", your analogy would still be bad.

I'm willing to criticize censorship and the political system in general. However, your denigrating and boycotting of subversive work like this is actually counterproductive.
man i cant even comprehend what I just witness lmao. The toxic levels are through the roof and its only been the…
Toxic yes because there seems to be some self-loathing and failure to communicate. But at least they're both consenting and active participants in whatever this is.
the filming is so good, so simple on this scene, even if the scene itself is weird. My only regret is I don't…
No, sorry, you got it wrong, drogon. That was not a look of surprise. Su Yu had seen Wu Bi's body body many times, up close and intimately. He was feeling inadequate during the physical assessment, being judged in comparison to Wu Bi. That is what Su Yu's glance and expression were about. The whole experience put Su Yu in a bad mood. Do you remember the subsequent dialogue between them just before dinner?
What to do when your boyfriend is insanely possessive, controlling, violent, and a stupid drunk? You kick his ass to the curb and don't look back! 😄
I was just as surprised. I especially appreciated the conversation up the mountain. Sounded real and honest and…
I'm trying to explain why Tai and Phat didn't have the same concern as you.
Phat was kissed but didn't return the kiss, so he has nothing to be sorry for. He behaved appropriately.
It's fine for Tai to be satisfied by Phat saying Tai is his one and only love. Perhaps you think Tai needs more convincing of Phat's sincerity, but that would just be you projecting. I'm glad he got over his knee jerk reaction and gained some maturity.

What exactly did Phat do wrong? He showed his ex-lover respect and patience while clearly rejecting her. He was a gentleman, and it's OK that he still cares about her. Tai just overreacted initially and became completely irrational. Fortunately, he regained perspective fairly quickly.
Idk about that ending, bud. What happened to their parents?
I guess they're on their own. In the second season, they'll be hitting the streets to make ends meet. One will be the pimp, and the other will turn tricks. Might be more interesting, lol.
The main couple is so cute. I hate love triangles but I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy the Tai and Lomfon…
Yes, the Tai/Lomfon smouldering gazes! That's been the highlight of this series for me. Tai says it's completely innocent, but that's a lie.
Not really feeling the same kind of chemistry and sexual tension with Tai and the vet TBH. They're cute though, as you said. The brother is too immature for Lomfon, so their chemistry is lacking too.
