The foremost reason for me to watch Asian dramas over western ones was for this very reason that it completes…
Exactly the same reason I started to watch Kdrama; first they usually have 16-20 eps and second most of the dramas ending was kinda close ending. However, hI guess this trend is changing, and I ain't liking it.
sorry but did these people actually watch woori the virgin? who on earth would nominate it in several categories…
Actually, the bottom line is for the actors should be 'Do not work on good dramas however work on worse dramas' so that they may grab lots of awards for themsleves!! Disgrace for those actors and drama who have really worked hard and entertained us. Sad.
While the drama was good, the message was horrible. The story should have been about the children and how the system…
You are insanely correct about it ''While the drama was good, the message was horrible''. Applaud. I was patiently watching this drama having an intuition that we might get the message wrong and we got it. I wasn't expecting SH would go free as an innocent, to be honest, no one did. However, justice was not served who did wrong, who suffered from wrong, who first seek out help from law and justice, and so on. They turned out themselves like this when society and the whole system turned a Blind eye towards them and they took action to serve justice to themselves and those who died.
The 'Last Scene' of Blind made me overlook whatever the shortcomings this drama had! SJ's imagination of those kids playing, laughing, and enjoying life just like normal kids was a mindblown scene to me. We never saw those kids like this rather than rotting at HWC! I think, SJ got the most intense dialogues in the last episode. I was also happy to see SJ and Eun Ki finally able to feel relieved and happy from the inside. SJ tried to pay off his parents' debt by being a really good and honest officer. The last scene of SH, he has finally walked out of his dark past though he was sentenced to lifetime. Somehow, I have mixed feeling for him, I am happy that he is out of his dark past and sad as well for not considering SJ as his lil brother, not for a once. SJ is left out with nothing just like the HWC kids even though he was never there. YJ became a serial killer and his revenge pattern was completely different. Her sister was a mute and the only family of his. She was raped, killed, and buried and they were not even told that she was buried; ofc the revenge plotting started then. And YJ became like a maniac and wanted to make the family members feel the same pain when they lost a loved one. This drama's weird part was none of the bad guys have come to their senses that they were very wrong and their innocent family members paid the price and these people didn't even regret/apologize for once! A bit strange. Still, I will miss Blind.
