OMG I can never get enough of these!!!I'm laughing out loud alone in my room like a crazy person!!! The Titanic flute part!!!XD XD XD I'll keep coming back to this page to see what you all are posting.
In 2011 I went back home to my family who lived in the Middle East at the time and in one of the nights I was staying up late I stumbled upon this show that was airing on CCTV Arabic channel around midnight. I instantly fell in love with the show, the story/topic, its characters and most importantly the beautiful yet heartbreaking theme song that comes on at the end of each episode. I didn't get to finish it as I had to travel back. For some reason I've just remembered this show and spent the last 20 minutes searching for it online. As far as I know, there are no English subtitles available, but for those of you who speak Arabic, you can find it here:
My withdrawal syndrome is so serious with this one, never had a show make me feel like this before. So many intense emotions I don't know how to deal with.

Thanks for sharing this! I've never been on that website before (bilibili) and have no clue what they are saying, but I enjoyed watching their reactions and how they changed throughout the show.
OMG I just found out this film was here on MDL!!!!This is one of my all time favorites and the soundtrack is the most beautiful I've ever heard to this day.
I really hope you are well and staying strong. Miura Haruma left all of us. My heart aches everytime I think or remember him. Please stay strong and look after yourself as much as you can. x

You make perfect sense, and I agree with you 100%. Besides, "darker" themes does not equate to death, violence and murder. To me its more about real life struggles and social issues. That's what I care about and intrigue me the most. "Darker" to me just means "not-so-rosy" and more "REAL".
It's a shame that international J-drama viewers doesn't watch more serious drama, and just go for rom-com. :/They're…
I'm quite surprised/disappointed by this list actually! I'd love to know how this list was made? Is it the most popular JDrama according to this site's rating or according to live-tv views?! As for me, the only ones I've watched in this list is Kazuku Game and Ouroboros. (I'm guessing the "most popular" does not equate to the highest rated)

The lyrics make me feel sad. I couldn't find the English translation, so I might translate them later from the Arabic subs.
I'll keep coming back to this page to see what you all are posting.
