I was wondering why I am the only person who doesn't understand so many things. At first I thought it's because I'm a 5 episodes. Guess it's probably because the novel readers know how everything fits together and I am still discovering it. But it's nice that they have answers for us.

Benefits of binge watching: the story flows easily, no restlessness on what will happen.
Negatives of binge watching: Miss out on discussions, everyone else is ahead of you and get lots of spoilers.

Benefits of watching along: Discuss along with others if you have doubts.
Negatives of watching along: Waiting for the next episode is hard.

It's a bad idea for me to watch this slowly (finished ep 18) because they introduce so many terminologies that I have now forgotten the old. XD

The funny thing is those people left the food to rot by turning off the generator. And the students only bother to look for the generator to turn the rides on but not when they need to heat their food. I mean I would have been pissed if I was them.

Well, she's a teenager and maybe part of her did want to be with her mother. Even if we don't agree, I understand that she saw her aunt had been going out of her way for her including putting her own desires on hold, tolerating false accusations just to protect her, etc. So when she saw her own mother trying to use her teacher, she thought if both left, it would give her aunt a chance to live her life her way. It's actually sweet if you see it from that angle.
