The viewers mostly seem to believe she is in love with him but I, too, am not sure if it's love. She might feel affection for him but that seems to be all. We have proof of his love, none of hers. The tower scene was supposed to be proof but it's merely transactional from the way she talks about owing him.

There was a lot happening so as you said, no time to focus on how awful the situation was. It sucks that the episodes got lessened so I'm sure the gaps also had to go because of that.

Thank you for the details. That actually sounds better in the novel. In the show I feel like she was being unnecessarily hurtful even though she has proof of his love and reason behind his actions. This is why I didn't feel sad. Plus the chaos and the blood spitting. I kept looking at their red teeth. 😂

Can you explain how they were different? Saying the dialogues while they are spinning and spitting blood makes it a bit distracting. Too much happening with the CGI. It's engrossing but not emotional. When everything is quiet and it's just them communicating, angry, frustrated, crying, that is a bit more impactful emotionally I feel. At least those were the parts that got to me more in the show so far. Same thing with the cute moments of them, stealing glances, smiling, etc.

Oh no. But I managed to avoid spoilers. All I read was that it will be her turn to suffer but it was not nearly as prolonged as his suffering. The dude's literally got nobody. That's why I felt way worse and sadder for him.

That's a possibility! I'm also relieved because I was scared I'd be depressed with no new episodes. I'm just finding it super-hard to wait and worse that it's just 1 episode today.
