I think if they took the squid game direction, it would have landed better . If the students Targeted willingly…
Yes, the way they got to the place and their behaviour to the situation in ep1 is what put me off. But say they couldn't afford a normal university and so they each ended up there because it was sold as some kind of special program to the parents, it would make a little more sense why they just hoped to adapt. Also the "if you know the secret" you can never leave is ridiculous because they could never leave either way. And it doesn't make sense that they keep new students locked in to figure out who that one old student is. There is just too much that doesn't make sense. When I found out this is a wattpad story, suddenly I understood why the writing was so poor, but the acting, direction, editing and dialogues are not saving this drama either.
totally get the logic frustration, but that’s actually the whole point of Hell University. It’s not a realistic…
I will watch it to get over my curiosity and because I was waiting for it because it looked intriguing but I feel disappointed. I'm glad we could have a healthy discussion about this. 😊

I get that the story is over the top but I feel the direction and dialogues could have been better and made this an impressive story. Now it looks like a show made with amateurs. I feel like they should have attempted to run rather than resigning to their fates.
This story, as it is portrayed now, would have worked better as a comedy or parody since it lacks the thrill and intensity that it should have. For example FL knows the bloody hour will start but she is still dilly dallying in the restroom. That would work so great as a parody as would the scene where some girl throws the cure through a window then shows up when the friends have no idea how to use it. It would've been hilarious! Imagine if the masked guy by the swing was about to kill the girl but then he looks at the watch and goes, damn, still not 7pm. A riot! 😄
I was hoping for some good school horror but this is just so bad. The dialogues are weird, the acting is awful. At least make it believable.
The students are wandering in the middle of nowhere trying to find an abandoned school and then start getting scared when they see the school. They decide to trust the creepy guard who locks the gate behind them. That should have been your first sign that you can't leave. Then he keeps talking about registering even though you only wanted water but you keep following him even when you see students are rioting. That was a very confusing scene because why were most students not in their dorms?
Even after the warden tells you this school allows you to kill each other you don't run to the gate? Suddenly the riot hasn't started. FL decides to take a stroll just before the riot starts. Wonderful.
Next morning again no one even tries to leave. Smart. How good can the education be in this university if people are killing each other every night? Wouldn't that be exhausting? Also you would hardly have any students left in just a few weeks.
And sorry but if anything is allowed at this university then there would be a lot more rapes compared to murders. That's what happens in war zones.
What is stopping students from murdering each other at any time of the day? The first episode was bizarre and not in a good way.
