I am so glad Nam JaYeon and Yeo Ha Jun are actually shown in steamy scenes together for a change. I actually wanted her to end up with him originally so I am glad at least we saw them as part of her fantasy.

In episode 4, the step mother tricks and elderly lady to offer her step son a red ginseng (a root) drink laced with sleeping pills so she can kidnap her stepson. The grandmother nearly dies after drinking it.
I knew they wouldn't show the 3rd friend having an abortion since Korea has a really low birth rate right now. So that's a little bit of propaganda for you.
Also Bok Gyu Hun remained the most annoying character for me. He was decent towards the end but they could have made him nicer. I did laugh when Ji Uk promises to call Ja Yeon but ditches him and run out instead. He totally deserved that and more! I also like that they continued to depict him as weak even when fighting. Stayed true to his character till the end.
Although I am not satisfied with the ending because I want more, I enjoyed this drama way more than I thought it would. The chemistry between Shin Min Ah and Kim Young Dae was far better than I expected. And I loved that they didn't highlight the age difference in the relationship but rather depicted it as a normal re,ationship. I love my strong smart FLs and sweet MLs. I hope they get paired opposite each other some more because they just worked so well together!

Yeah those coworkers were meh but the ex of the FL in NGNL annoys me so much. Stealing the FL's work after cheating on her and then suddenly being interested in her again after getting married and starting to yell at his wife. Plus he was so happy the marriage was fake that he said he would get a divorce and marry her. Yes, he had a bit of comic relief element as well but I can't stand him.
I also don't like the 2nd ML. I know there is a spin off show based on him but he is horrible to his secretary, he took the anger/disgust he felt for his mom out on the author, he knows his mother is being unfair to the ML and FL but he decides to threaten them anyway. Plus he is the reason the secretary left hate comments on the second FL's story to begin with. Not that it is an excuse. Also, he forced his secretary to help him at the orphanage which was supposed to be his punishment. He got them washing machines mainly to make his life easier. But all these things make him off-putting to me. Waiting to see if he will be able to redeem himself. For similar reasons I disliked his parents. Father is a cheater and mother is a typical boy mom who instead of calling out the hate comments her son wrote against her favourite author, decided to attack the author and shut down the adaptation of her work.
Despite all this I am enjoying the show a lot. I love the leads and the comedy and I am entertained. Annoying characters are meant to be annoying to make the story more interesting. I just want more couple moments without interruptions.
I am really enjoying the show even with some of the annoying characters. I love the main leads and their chemistry. The show has excellent comedy and is a nice light watch.

Yes unfortunately they dragged it thereby ruining the show. They could have at least shown a better situation with the leads but the ML kept suffering. And the parents and brother were just too annoying. I liked the second FL but even when she was taking care of the ML, she acted insane. And her mother hid the truth about her birth father when she knew he was a killer. Why would you hide that from your adult daughter? It's a bit ridiculous. They wrapped everything up in the last 2 episodes so those are the only ones watchinb to get all the answers.
