I didn't want to complete this before Jan 5th but decided to continue but ep 2 is turning out to be a hard watch…
How bad is the torture scene (37 mins in)? You can spoil the details of the torture itself so that I know what to expect. Do they show every bit of the torture? I don't know how to watch the scene otherwise.
I didn't want to complete this before Jan 5th but decided to continue but ep 2 is turning out to be a hard watch since I'm faint of heart. Need an answer.
I first became aware of this phenomena with Breaking Bad when they split the final season in two and separated…
Yes, this is one of the major reasons. To keep the subscribers and force them to renew. But people are still leaving in droves because of all bad policies like no account sharing and cancelling shows. Also they have introduced ads or will begin to. On top of that they are raising their prices again which sounds like they are losing money. That tends to happen when you don't understand why people liked your site to begin with.
Just netflix an that's why Americanisation of the Asian drama scene is becoming a problem. Just look at Vagabond…
They think one packaging fits all. They don't understand why people enjoy Asian dramas to begin with. They don't have multiple seasons to warrant these splits. Then again Netflix has been pissing everyone off lately with it's decisions. Kdrama watchers are just the latest victims.
I just realised that, it’s 10 episodes. Another reason not to watch this drama. They are going rush 41 original…
It's 16 episodes apparently. I've seen the original and I believe it might make for a better story if they've cut it down. I was quite frustrated by the end of the cdrama as it seemed to take away from the main couple. A lot of focus on the siblings and other characters. Not what I was watching the series for. The couple was also separated for an absurdly long time. I like that this version is moving at a faster pace.
