TBH, I was awaiting this drama mainly for Dylan Wang but so far his character isn't impressing me. Same with Bai Lu who I know is capable of really giving a strong performance. The story feels weak at the beginning itself (reached 5th episode now). There isn't a lot happening so I feel like their talents were wasted in this project. My only motivation for finishing it is the leads and hoping their chemistry is good.

Yes! I don't hate this drama either and it does has some of it's plus points but the original is the original. As you said, it impacted me more as well. In the end, this version wouldn't exist without the original story which was loved by so many that lead to the Korean recreation.

Okay. It seemed like it was the general consensus. I hadn't gotten the feel of the comedy so that's good to know. :)

If it's not for binge watching, will I struggle to catch up then? Actually the episodes were already releasing faster than I could catch up as is. As long as the plot is interesting, it is okay. Doesn't have to be too deep. I like both the leads.

I have seen 2 episodes and took a break because it felt like it was moving slowly. Now I'm reading comments that even at ep 24 the series is dragging. Would you say it is worth catching up then?

I wish I could answer your question but I have forgotten what was funny. Definitely not a memorable drama sadly. Yes, the annoying trust issues were dragged on for too long considering the circumstances they were working with. I felt bad for the rest of the team.

I get you. But I feel the drama hasn't made it clear in the way they have depicted it. Or perhaps they have intentionally been vague about it.

Yes, Yi Chan got to hear his son playing guitar and performing. But he didn't get to live his own dreams. Ha Eun Gyul got to understand his father better. He got to save his mother. But he wants to do the same for his father. I hope the precap was misleading and Yi Chan is okay.

That ep 15 end was depressing. Say it ain't so. :(

That's a strange assumption on his part or at least it wasn't clear in the drama that he didn't know how to move on. They are presenting him as lingering on purpose for revenge.

Here's what doesn't make sense to me. He killed her family. She waited until he had hopes of living to kill him. Why is he haunting her to kill her? He knew that was her plan all along.

Though I am predicting that they will end up falling in love and giving up their past life trauma especially now that there is another villain in the picture trying to kill off both leads.

PS. I haven't read the webtoon.

Let me be honest. If either Seok Joo or Ji Hoon die, I'll be pissed. And the way they were showing the flashback, I don't think Ji Hoon is going to make it. :(

Yes. They delayed it due to some sports event. Guess they didn't want it to affect their ratings but I agree. They should have released both episodes together. I only hope they haven't messed up the ending.

I feel disappointed as well. I think we waited long enough to see it through. I'm starting to forget the drama.
