As @MIMI already explained, those clips were from rehearsals and breaks. Since when is laughing or being relaxed during rehearsal considered “unprofessional”? If anything, what matters is how she performs when the camera is rolling—and she’s clearly capable of switching into character instantly.
As for the “flirting” part… Why would she even flirt with him? By that logic, you could also say HE was flirting, since he was the one initiating physical contact multiple times after cut during hugging/kissing scenes.
