You're not in the minority. BadPennyGirl's critical review has a LOT of likes. There's a lot of people who aren't really connecting with the story. For one reason or another. They just aren't all posting about it so it may feel like you're opinion is in the minority. And I agree the writing is lacking. I also think New overacts sometimes. And I don't like the whole bad/manipulative boyfriend angle, but I am hoping they resolve that.

I know! That kiss was the most stunning kiss! I was amazed!

I hope they handle the mourning well! I am a bit nervous about it. Wayu and Kit too will need so much support!

But when it's over we get Thanu and Wayu at the beach! Playing!

And OMG! I did not know Bas got sun burnt! They should protect him better!

Oh yes! That was the beginning! The light, the backward's hug! It was a MOMENT.

And again in the car after Padbok ran them off the road. Thanu patched up Wayu's hand and is just looking at Wayu like he's the sun. And that little cheek stroke!

They were always meant to be together.

I'm really enjoying the gentle romance. It's not hot and sexy, but I feel it's still very warm and beautiful. I hope it becomes more something you can like.

I know the comments are disappointing. But some of us really love the show. So please don't give up on it. Jack and Koh and Saendee and Phai are getting where they need to be for the end of the season.

I love Thanu and Wayu. Their moments have been really romantic and emotional. And I am glad they are deepening their bond as they go. I'm the odd person who doesn't need Dun to take his shirt off. But I understand why others are really all about that. He's a very handsome man. And Bas is very pretty. So pretty sometimes he doesn't seem real.

I am really looking forward to Thanu taking Wayu away on a trip. I feel like Wayu has had such a hard couple of school years. He needs time away for recover. Maybe find some peace and get some time where nothing lays between him and his lover.

Oh, good point! Weddings always come at the end and poor Pha's death is such a fresh hurt. I just can't help but see beach and romantic getaway and the start of a new era in their relationship and feel it seems natural to punctuate it with a ceremony.

I think maybe there are different kinds of gentle. Wayu is one kind. Pharm is another. Both are really enjoyable.

I don't post much. I'm a bl and manga fan of many years and I think this one isn't like any other bl I've watched before. It's a little weird and kind of silly at times. But in a great way. I love the back an forth between serious and silly moments. Sometimes they land it wrong, but I still really think Gen Y is undervalued.

I think Thanu'Wayu get way too much hate. But then I'm a fan of Shounen-Ai manga and Thanu/Wayu are pretty much right out of a light bl manga. I don't think they're meant to be like any of other couples in Gen Y. The other couples all have problems from the inside the pairing. All of Wayu and Thanu's problems stem from outside of their pairing. When it's just them, they're fine. Cute even. I think that whole vacation thing previewed from next week's episode is about that.

Is anyone else hoping they go to the beach and secretly get married?

Wayu and Thanu are my favorites. Their story is angsty but beautiful and really interesting. And I love that they're having to really work through some tough obstacles. It will make it all that much sweeter when they get together in the end.

I really liked season 1. And Season 2 is better because it feels like now that Wayu knows why Pha left he can really let it go. LOL!

A lot of people don't seem to like the show. But you're all still watching. The tropes are the same ones I see in other dramas just with a little bit different spin. So Gen Y really isn't worse than any other BL to watch. And the boys are cuter! I saw previews today for the first Thanu/Wayu Kiss. I hope it's coming soon. I am ready!

I believe that he was relying on Mark to tell him not to go as proof that Mark really loves him but also I think Kit doesn't really want to go.

Sandee is kind of sick. But poor Phai is gonna end up with him anyway. It's a bad thing for Phai but there's nothing we can do.

Pha is totally gonna make it. Kit foreshadowed a bit of that. But I don't think Pha is going to get a relationship with Wayu out of it.

Wayu and Thanu are OTP. I just hope Thanu tells Wayu about Pha next week. Because Wayu is the best cutie ever and he deserves one person in his life who will tell him the truth. And who isn't Sandee.
