it is not inaccurate 'sometimes' its is inaccurate most of the time leading to more harm then good. This is an advertising site. it has responsibility. I could list hundreds if not more shows on here with 13+ rating and an 18+ on IQYI, Netflix etc.
are you serious? have you had any education on safeguarding at all? of course you cannot prevent kids from watching what they want 100% BUT you can do your best if you care at all, to prioritise age ratings to ensure MDL upholds all the safeguarding laws preventing any future backlash! even if kids still ride the seven seas, at least you as an organisation have done everything you could to uphold the regulations set by the streaming services and governments. This is a pure oversight and irresponsibility.
If you cannot uphold the age rating then remove it and instead point them in the right direction instead of continuing with this flood of misinformation.

i am in no way encouraging illegal streaming- if mdl advertised itself as a service, free or otherwise then it should be ensuring all information is accurate and do its best to protect minors from seeing something that is not appropriate instead of advertising it as 13+ and safe to watch. REMOVE THE RAITING IF YOU CANT KEEP IT ACCURATE. You clearly do not have children and don't understand that they cannot be stopped 100% from watching on illegal sites (from spending time in the comment section of almost any page on here there are people, possibly kids that state they go on here and then go on to pirate sites as they don't have their own income, you cannot put the blame on the kids for that. maybe they shouldn't rate them then or assign someone to do it. Its misleading otherwise for younger audiences especially if they watch on pirate sites which do not display the rating like IQYI etc. I asked them if they wanted help with things like this and they weren't interested even though i specialise in web development. (i wouldn't mind doing it voluntarily)
