With regard to evidence, KSR's family provided photos that were even confirmed real by KSH. These 2016 text messages were also verified by forensics. There are also those 2018 videos and photos of KSR and KSH together. Meanwhile, KSH can't even present a single verified evidence refuting anything, instead he even got caught lying multiple times. Even detectives would doubt his innocence if he kept on lying and and not even presenting anything verified to refute the accusation.

This is obviously not a court trial, and we are not handing down conviction. So it's up to you to judge on your own. You can sit around and wait for more damning proofs. But we also have our assessments and we decide to speak out based on present proofs and some common sense.

In fact, it was only when he was cornered that he admitted to it -- almost a year after the show ended. Then, he lied again about not having gone to KSR's house ever, but when he got cornered again, he decided to sue for whatever sexual-something case, which is of course, an admission that it was him in her house. Then his lie of not having dated KSR when she was a minor, when there are verified evidence of his talking intimate with her.
There may not be actual video of them having s*x, but you know that circumstantial evidence, behavioral patterns, testimonies can make a compelling case and can even prove his guilt.
