Then, he lied again about not having gone to KSR's house ever, but when he got cornered again, he decided to sue for whatever sexual-something case, which is of course, an admission that it was him in her house. Then his lie of not having dated KSR when she was a minor, when there are verified evidence of his talking intimate with her.
There may not be actual video of them having s*x, but you know that circumstantial evidence, behavioral patterns, testimonies can make a compelling case and can even prove his guilt.
