You also don't always need direct evidence to prove something. Circumstantial evidence, behavioral patterns, incriminating testimonies, etc, can actually help prove guilt.

She may have done those stuffs to get the attention of KSH, but she wouldn't have been in that desperate situation if it wasn't for KSH and company. KSH promised her many things.
