You're right. It seems that some people don't really understand it nor care to understand yet they speak their intellectual views about it and about the victim and her family. They are quick to speak in support of the alleged perpetrator and demand absolute evidence but fail to speak in support of the victim who may not be able to produce such type of evidence because grooming is usually done in secrecy and with so much manipulation, yet they go on claiming they are just being objective and neutral. If that is not hypocrisy - which they have been lecturing us about - then I don't know what is.

I am saying the probability of him lying again now is higher than the probability of him not lying again. The opposite of his lie is that he committed it. I am not saying he certainly did it. Ideally, this should stop. But again, let's face reality here -- it can't be controlled. We can only discuss and fight and some of us may be encroaching the grey areas, but it's a trade-off for what is more important. You can criticize us and remind us, but please be also mindful of the hypocrisy judgement.
Besides, KSH could have just easily quashed this hate train if he had showed up and explained everything, but instead he just spewed lies and is even hiding.

I am not claiming that because he lied, we can clearly say that he's lying again now. I am saying that there is a high probability he's lying again and that he's actually guilty. I hope you recognize the difference.

Proof by contradiction applies whenever there are two opposing assertions. Apparently we can apply this to lying. Let's take your example, if the giver lied that he had no present because he wanted to surprise you, wouldn't you eventually realize that the opposite was true.
The concept is pretty simple but I guess I know where I got you confused, so let me share with you my train of thoughts:

He said he never dated her but it was proven false, so the opposite was true. He said he never visited her house but it was proven false, opposite was true. Isn't it just reasonable to think that there is a high probability that what he's claiming now is false? You could argue that the burden of proof is on KSR's side in a legal standpoint, but even lawyers and detectives would question his intention for lying and they would even presume he's guilty. He should then produce evidence of his innocence - again proof by contradiction. Frankly, even you would not trust a proven liar and you would even question his innocence. For me, it's that simple.

Just to be clear, I never said that using proof of contradiction, we can, without a doubt, conclude he is a pedophile. I am just using it as a tool to judge the credibility of KSH and his claims.

I know you're waiting for that conclusive direct evidence which may or may not come. Ideally, people should know everything before making a judgement. But in reality, it's almost always not achievable to know 100%. With that much requirement to convince you, I think that even if the forensics team said that the photo was indeed taken in 2016, you would still argue that they were just being friendly in the photo, and that the family should instead provide a photo of them making love and so on.

Given that we have limited access to what truly happened, can't we use some deductive reasoning, critical thinking or whatever technical term you call it to make a conclusion and, more importantly, make a stand and speak out?

Regarding cyberbullying, I am afraid you're too naive. Even with laws against it, there is no significant change happening. It's always been a crude fight and if you get so concerned with technical words and manners, you might lose sight of what is important or, worse, you might get overrun and whatever you fight for just gets buried in oblivion.
There is always a trade-off in everything, the world is no rosy place.

Now, regarding this pedo claim. There is no direct evidence yet and no conviction, true. However, you don't always need a direct evidence to make a judgement. Circumstantial evidence, if plenty enough, can prove someone's guilt. Aside from the evidence given so far, my simple reasoning on this is that if someone is lying so much, he's hiding the truth, which is the opposite of what he is saying. This is somewhat like proof by contradiction -- if an assertion is false, the opposite is true. Truth be told, we can never know everything that happened. So being 100% sure is a really hard ask. Much in life is not 100% sure anyway. We are working with probabilities and our capability to discern and judge.

Regarding cyberbullying, it's the reality we are in right now and it's not gonna go away soon. It's wishful thinking to say we can stop this by pleading or lecturing. Some people sit around and some people fight back. Some people fall victim (harsh reality, sorry), some people get justice. It's very much the same thing outside the cyberworld. But I am open to any solution you may have to effectively end this.

I think I now understand where your coming from with your analysis/observation. You must be Korean or someone in East Asia where this issue is very much talked about everyday and where garosero's reputation is well known. I guess you feel like public sentiment is shifting in your country. However, outside your region, garosero guy is not even known except from maybe those avid fans of KSH who follow this issue closely and a very few others. We, regular folks, only know that KSH lied and there are proofs of his lies. Sure there are those who defend him but they are the loyalists, and they are not the majority. That's why I can say from my perspective that this issue is still very much on and the tide is not turning in KSH's favor. We just got to be patient. Evidence right now may not be conclusive yet, but we just need to wait for the forensics exam result on the photos and more evidence hopefully. But I would rather believe someone who presents evidence and is willing to have it examined than someone who lies a lot.

I can only say that so far KSH is losing so much and that is a little victory in itself for KSR's side. They have yet to achieve the ultimate victory though.
