It feels like the censors let this drama get away with a lot of things - transmigration, bloodshed and ep 13. Good for us! How cute it is whenever Sima Jiao watches Ting Yan doing silly stuff and finds it amusing. The drama hasn't ended yet but I already miss them. I need the leads to act again in a modern drama but Arthur Chen should still play as a bad boy coz he is good at it.

Netflix did a good job picking up this drama. Grandmaster's beauty deserves to be viewed in high quality on TV. It also has my current fave airing JDrama so I'm a happy subscriber for now haha.
I love everything in this drama except the new title, it sounds generic that I can't seem to remember it. I prefer the title Offering Salted Fish to Master or Long for Fish or Xian Yu. But at least it's not Love or Legend or Blossom haha. Thank goodness we have a different kind of FL, a lazy salted fish with funny monologues which the ML can pry on from time to time. I'm kinda tired of the childish, immature, pure & always bullied type or the cold, arrogant, righteous, OP type. FL here is just a normal modern day office worker slacker. I hope the drama stays lighthearted till the end.

I was so touched by Meng Chi's devotion to Hua Ru Yue. Im glad she let him until serve her til old age. Got sad at the passing of time - he grows older while her and Bai Jiu Si remains the same. It's just sad that when she refused his request, it was her last moment with him. In return, she saved his grandson. Meng Changqin is a fun character and they got along well. Maybe he founded the Jing Yun Sect instead of cultivating to become an immortal.
