Exactly 💯...just imagine a kbl the level of other kdramas,with the high budget,quality writing and good experienced actors

An ok series that was waaay over hyped; probably cause it came out during the kbl drought idk

One thing I'm really grateful for in this drama is the RUNTIME.. usually kbls are 13_17 mins ,but this running for 30+ mins really gives enough time to flesh out characters and tell good story .
One of the reasons I liked ' the eighth sense' too

My two little cents no one asked for? He used BL as a stepping stone for his career. Fine. Great. But pretending like it never happened after gaining some semblance of mainstream success is so disrespectful to the cast, crew, and fans of YMMD. NASTY work. It’s also homophobic 🤷🏻‍♂️

I have questions: Why are 2 hot guys fighting over Liu li? Like what exactly makes them attractive to him? Like the guy is just bland ,,boring ,,childish,, .
And why do these bl writers like writing such boring( bottom) characters ( and I really hate using that word ;bottom/ top) but just why ??
Like I don't believe even irl how people will be fighting over such a person with such character ( or no character)...
Just to name a few examples: ' Step by step bl', jun and jun' and now this ,,,like those characters were just boring and yet the ml leads were all over them .
It makes me think the writers are just self inserting themselves into the script

Well that was a ride. I cried and laughed and cried again.
I admit I'm not a fan of that ending but I'm just glad the journey itself was excellent , writing and acting was good too .
I mean 2023 for me ,,I haven't been impressed by many cdramas ; so I'm just grateful I got 'Mysterious lotus casebook' and 'A journey to love' out of it.
It's a 9/10 for me (I'm keeping the one because the writer doesn't want me to be happy 😊)

I finished ' step by step' Thai bl just cuz of Man (jeng) , finished 'jun and jun' because of Ki hyun Woon(choi jun)and I'm forcing myself to watch this because of Stan Huang ; they are handsome men and I just like looking at hot handsome men😍🤭
Other than that , nothing in both stories had me interested. And it's a shame beacuse I feel such handsome ,hot actors are wasted on shitty written,cliche,no plot scripts or in the case of 'step by step' shitty co actors too .

My fav bls of all time are

-Kinnporsche and
-Cherry magic.
Those bls have handsome actors ,good acting and the scripts are decent with interesting plots.
Nowadays ,esp 2023 ,we just have pretty faces and nothing ! No plot,some can't act to save their lives and the 2016 bl cliches( accidental kisses,I was drunk I don't remember,tripping and falling,slow mo staring, seatbelt fastening and staring *roll my eyes* .
I mean what is going on???
Like we already got handsome good actors ,we just need GOOD WRITING solid interesting plots😌.
I'll keep hoping the bl industry improves ...
