I agree. I didn't like the graphic violence and unnecessary sex scenes. Even though I live in the U.S., I pretty much abandoned the U.S. television and film market because of their constant focus on sex and violence. And people wonder why this drama got such low ratings. Seems like it was an expensive production, but the story was poorly written and the directing made it worse with the constant use of flashbacks with inserted scenes from 28, 18, 8, 6 years ago that seemed like they were randomly inserted. However, as expected from Korean dramas, the acting was top notch from an experienced cast.

10/10. The best CDrama in my opinion. It's top notch from the storyline, character development, cinematography, acting, plus, it has the best fighting scenes. It has everything you'd want in a drama from intrigue, betrayal, romance, comradery, and even a touch of comedy. I can't recommend it enough.

Watched this for the 2 main leads and their acting and chemistry did not disappoint. I think it could've been shortened because I did a lot of fast forwarding since I didn't care too much for the 2 supporting characters. There's plenty of funny scenes and dialogue to keep you interested.

Geez, I saw this drama under a different name which was Gold Spoon. The name plus the poster for the drama did not appeal to me at all. I'm glad I read the comments and decided to give it a try. It's classic entertainment which many movies and dramas have lost sight of. I was hooked in the first episode.

I understand that this drama may not suit everyone's taste but I'm enjoying it. It's a melodrama so it's not fast paced. There are a lot of past residual feelings, issues, trauma that need to be sorted out between the characters. JCW delivers one of his best acting performances portraying a sensitive, romantic and vulnerable character.

I usually stay away from shows that have graphic violence but someone raved about this drama, so, I thought I'd give it a try and it didn't disappoint. It's a masterpiece from the screenwriting to acting. Kudos to the writer for creating a great drama in just 8 episodes.

LOL, Joon Yeol is supposed to be a seasoned traveler but he keeps getting ripped off and doesn't know how to bargain. Meanwhile Je Hoon's favorite line is "I don't have a lot of money" but he's happy when he gets 1 dollar discount.

This show is quite entertaining and has many hilarious moments.

I really enjoyed watching this show. It had many hilarious moments. I even watched it raw without subtitles, that's how much I was invested in it. Jang Hyuk is bad ass; Park Hyun Sik is my bias; Henry is so funny. It's a great concept to promote the military.
