Crane represents the crown prince. A repeated dialogue in the series says, "Crane can fight against eagle." The eagle refers to the emperor.

I feel pity for the censorship. Overall, it was censored because it doesn't give a good vibe to the audience.…
Romance is the mix of bitter and sweet. ML doesn't recognize FL until the last few episodes of the drama. Not knowing that FL is the girl he loves most, he sometimes commit violence against FL (It is quite normal for master and maid relationship at that time, plus he knows female lead has fake identity, so he has to be wary of her. But abusive man is abusive man.)

so, why there is a lot on censorship in this drama tv series ?? including the final ending.... ???
I feel pity for the censorship. Overall, it was censored because it doesn't give a good vibe to the audience. Good people are not awarded, instead suffered for their kind-heartedness. But it is the true reflection of the real world of that time.

I skipped from ep 20 to 40. The interesting main plot comes back haha.

A class of her own is in my watchlist. But never heard of Monarch industry. Its synopsis is quite interesting and the leads are experienced actors.

Actually, I am very picky in choosing drama. I haven't found a really good drama that makes me to actively participate after Royal Nirvana. During Covid, I have watched My roommate is a detective and Winter Begonia. Not bad. But The Eight and The Song of Glory drag me here to participate again haha.

Stranger? I thought we were drama pals haha. I finished 14 eps but skimmed through the remaining episodes, 5 mins for each episode, haha. Cuz the drama lost its focus and I can't wait to see male lead and female lead together. The whole drama is so cliche that I can guess what happened with 5 mins skim.

Review The Longest Day in Chang'an
I meet you again in here. It seems like you and I have similar taste. You are right. I watched Joy of Life for 10 episodes and drop it. I am currently watching The longest day in chang'an and find it interesting. Upcoming C-dramas: Held in the lonely castle, Ode to daughters of great tang. I guess at least one of these would be our favorite.
