FL is so cute! I couldn't help falling for her. I love to see Yiran in positive character. And this was a Reborn for Love drama. That's perfection for me.
I have a crush on Ke Chun after watching this drama. His dimple smile is so cute and heart-fluttering. Before, I did not like him because many of his dramas (that I found) were him being a jerk character. Personally, I like actors after seeing them in green forest roles.
10/10 ML had love at first sight (I think FL also have a crush on him at first sight). Then he wholeheartedly trusts and supports FL, takes care of her and cherish her. It's a pity they couldn't be together.
It's a good cp with good chemistry and interactions. I would love to see them together again.
My favorites were the Zhang Yun Tao and the Zeng Hui versions
Just finished watching. I've to admit, this version is Chef's kiss 🤌 There's no unnecessary drama or too much bullying of FL. Plus ML's character is definitely well executed (someone who have loved her for so many years shouldn't always have sharp words to the person they love)
Personally, I find the FL character is weak, more or less like a doormat. For almost 60% of screen time, she is getting bullied and needs ML to save her. She can't stand up for herself. Like, if she knows, those two troublemakers keep framing her, why not use the phone in your hand to record the scene? Or else use a pen camera or any other device.
This version is slightly more lengthy and their relationship keeps moving in a circle.
Out of curiosity and small of length of novel, I started reading it and HELP! I am punching the pillows. The mdl and novel description feels unfair to Qin Nan. His admiration and sacrifice had me in tears. He may not be flawless but his character is gem! And the biggest hit to me was made by the friend.
K-Drama
