Although the story is nothing out of ordinary, it’s the depth of emotions, compelling character development,…
I just couldn’t see what the fuss was about. It was sold as something amazing but It felt mediocre at best. At times it was violence for the sake of violence. Anyway, each to their own I suppose.
Boring, repetitive and utterly predictable. Not sure what the 9.1 is based on. I fast forwarded about 60% of it, and my attention constantly drifted. The only slightly positive aspect, is the the metaphorical representation of Korean society. But it’s been done to death in Korea. Squid game, parasite… Enough already. Didn’t bother finishing season 2, it’s just the same all over with zero originality. 🙄
I saw pretty good review. Actually when i watched We Are, i found lack in chemistry. So does they have chemistry…
We Are is the most boring series to ever come out of GMMTV. I still cannot fathom why it's so popular. Satang's character in We Are was so grating and annoying, he was like a 12 year schoolgirl with Winny's character acting like the dad... Absolute cringefest! The only good thing about that series was Sea's gues role and him looking smoking hot in his football attire!!!
Awkward kisses aside (lol) I found this show to be a real gem. Loved the acting, the script was quite good, the…
Don’t think the kissing was awkward. Sure it had other flaws, but the kissing wasn’t one of them in my opinion. Both Winny and Satang seem pretty comfortable which is refreshing.
Sorry, it wasn't meant toward you per se (apologies if it seemed like it), it was more of a generic rant against people who seem to cling on to these pathetic so called "scandals"...
I've started to slowly make my way thourhg his series with Mick (Boys In Love). I'm not 100% convinced about the pairing (yet), but will reserve judgement until the end.
Oh wow what a MAJOR scandal! I'm SHOCKED!! He "cheated" on his gf... For christ's sake, that's the lamest "scandal" there is... I'm not even sure that classifies as a scandal.
A scandal is how many talentless nepobabies in Thailand with rich mommies and daddies keep getting work and getting even more rich...
He did not compare nc scenes to dogs .He explained what knotting is and it is exactly what he said .Knotting is…
Well, yes and no. That would be like me using an "omegaverse" analogy at work, and then people complaining about it and me responding "damn it, it's 2025 you have google don't you!!??". The world doesn't work that way.
As a gay person I have all kinds of lingo that I use with my (gay) friends that I would never use in a different setting as they would be seem as inappropriate or even offensive. So, you have to adapt to a situation.
With the risk of sounding condescending, this is very much a gen Z issue where they use random lingo they picked up online, expect everyone to understand what they say and get upset when people don't.

No one works for free, however, in any job you always have to be professional and midful. Doesn't matter if you are an Actor or a supermarket employee. The fact is he hasn't been professional, and he is now paying the price for it - just like any employee in any line of work.
Whilst I couldn't care less about the nonsense he was talking about, I also couldn't care less that he's flushed his career and popularity down the drain by being stupid at his job.
We all pay a price when we make mistakes at work, I don't see why he should get a pass just because he's famous. The bigger the mistake the bigger the cost.
This is the career he's chosen and it comes with pros and cons - you can't just take the pros and ignore the cons... And that goes for all of them (Actors i.e.). You want the BL money? Deal with the consequences. You don't want the consequences? Pick a different career.
PS. When I mean consequences I don't mean accepting things such as stalking and/or harassment as that is obviously crossing a big line.
I think what's screwing up the MDL rating is the concept of virality and trending. I've learned in recent days…
The ratings on BL series have not been accurate on MDL for many years. I mean look at 2gether, it has something like 7.7 on MDL and it's purely down to the popularity of the actors, as the series is dog crap. Basically, the more popular the couple and/or actors the more skewed the ratings are.

This job comes with lots and lots of drama, so if he doesn't like it he needs to switch to a different career!
