Here is the thing.. I would love to see this happen for the representation but i also dislike Ji Wan quite a bit…
I don’t dislike her either. I was just trying to express why some might see her as someone not good for Sol. I do think they are cute together and I hope they end up together too.
Please put it in the spoiler! I want to know how it's a red flag.
It's just the characters. Jae Eon and Na Bi both are red flags. But it's still a good drama thus far even if their relationship isn't a healthy one. It is one that happens in real life a lot.

She may not mean to be controlling but she is. She caused a scene at the Flea Market simply because Sol brought a guy with her. She didn't care to ask for specifics or anything. That's sort of emotional manipulation. She got mad and ruined their time even though Sol has no feelings for said guy. It's also a bit unfair given Jiwan can go on dates with guys 24/7 and Sol doesn't get mad and throw a fit even though she's just as upset. Idk Jiwan isn't a terrible person for getting jealous and making a scene but its a bit immature. Jealously doesn't give someone a free pass to cause a scene like she did. Not only did she possibly hurt Sol's feelings but also the guy's feelings. He's an innocent bystander at this point granted he does seem to have feelings for Sol.
I really don't like Jae Eon's character. Why are characters like him supported? I feel like Song Kang has been…
Yeah its sad but that's how it happens in real life a lot. We are for some reason attracted to men who play with our feelings, control us, etc. I like how realistic this drama is but at the same time I hope she doesn't end up with him.
I don't really see him as a bad lover but as a bad friend. I do agree he should've never kissed the girl his best…
Sorry if it came across as me trying to say you thought Hyunkyu was better than Jooik. I just meant the entire love triangle is a mess that will always be a mess.
Guess I'm the only one enjoying this drama to the fullest lol.. Everyone else is complain while for me this drama…
It isn't terrible but if I'm being honest the plot is just doing a figure-eight. Everything's going in circles. In fact the plot went in circles for them until Myeol Mang disappeared and then it moved forward a tad bit and then did circles again. They aren't giving us enough details either. Like yes I get that the flower God has been growing is him this entire time but they need to give me more details on the background of everything. Like are there others that will become Doom in the future or are there others that are Doom right now. Is she the sole and only god or is there more? They focused too much on the romance and even then the romance wasn't amazing. I love both Seo Inguk and Park Boyoung and they act so well but the writers just left the romance as okay and nothing new.
I want to understand the viewpoint of people who are supporting joo ik and Jina , Ones who are not judging right…
I don't really see him as a bad lover but as a bad friend. I do agree he should've never kissed the girl his best friend was seeing or previously seeing. I mean who kisses someone to get them leave anyways, it's honestly a stupid thing to start their relationship honestly. But then again is Hyunkyu any better? No. He broke up with her through text, wouldn't go out to see her so she'd leave him alone finally, and he ended up returning from his so called trip abroad and took forever to seek her out. Not that Jina is much better, she was a little obsessive by staying out in front of his apartment for how long she did. But I get that she was heart broken and demanding an answer but at some point you gotta step back. Honestly the love triangle is the least interesting part of this drama to me. It all is just one big cliche to me.
I'm just now starting episode 13 and I'm just still confused how Jina's, Jooik's, and Hyunkyu's love triangle has any correlation with the main storyline? I mean the only connections are that Jina is best friends with Dongkyung, Jooik is/was her team leader, and that Dongkyung's brother works for Hyunkyu. Like it seems so random to highlight their love triangle??? Also I'm confused because so far it feels like they just keep repeating the same thing in Dongkyung and Myeol Mang's/Saram's side of the story. Like we haven't gotten anywhere really? And then we did the whole memoryless trope that I hate so much. Though I'm generally okay with the trope when it's used decently, it didn't really make me mad in this drama. But we're now back to square one. This drama could've been hella good if written better. The concept of 'Doom' and the 'Gods' is really intriguing but they've so far not done much with it. They have the room for so much more in that area of the drama. Are there more like Doom, or other non-human beings? I feel like we have no background on both him and God too. Anyways I'm hoping stuff picks up again!
Why? He literally just wants to live his life how he wants it and now how the family wants him to live it.
I don’t know how you see him falling in love with Yuyeon as rebelling. He did t purposefully sit down and go “I’m going to like this girl just to piss off my family.” Now has liking Yuyeon become something to rebel about? Yes, he likes her and wants to be with her over his restrictive life. Idk I really don’t see why people hate his character like they do. Sure he isn’t the most well written character of the show but I really don’t see how people can dislike him.
This drama is pretty boring the story isn't anything interesting it's quite predictable it''s missing the intrigue…
I completely disagree. I do not usually like Makjang dramas and I originally only started watching this because of Cha Hakyeon but I've stayed for the amazing acting and while the storyline isn't spectacular I think it's pretty decent.
Yes one of the female characters is a closeted lesbian. Though she does hide it it is still present. I know Korea isn't as open to lgbt themes in real life so its nice to see it being somewhat represented. I'm not too sure if the couple will get a happy ending or not. I don't think they will but its 100% worth watching!
I just have to share this random thought.. when Do Ki left the room of his mother's wake, it was funny that his…
Are you talking about in episode 16? Cause if you are then he came out of the Lotus room and his colleagues came out of the Jasmin one. So different rooms.
Just started it. Gives the same vibe as Kill it. Can someone spoil me and say that it doesn't end like Kill it…
I'm on episode 15 and so far it hasn't and I feel like it won't. However, I'll update you once I've finished episode 16. Update: It doesn't have a sad ending like Kill It.
So I'm thinking Jakyung/Hyejin and Hisoo formed some sort of agreement but that it ends up back firing on them and Hyejin ends up dying. I think the horseshoe necklace that Hajoon was wearing could potentially allude to it being her funeral they are all at. Or it could be Jiyong's funeral? We haven't really seen the other body lying in the pool of blood so it could very well be a man's body.
The tutor....I wish they could just work tigetjer and bring up Hajoon together. They are both Hajoon mother, Jakyung…
Yeah I'm pretty sure the tutor (Jakyung/Hyejin) teamed up with Hisoo to get revenge of some sort on Jiyong. I think it hit home with Jakyung when Hisoo lost her baby because Jakyung's been through that before though she didn't lose her baby for good as Hajoon's alive. I honestly see both Jakyung and Hisoo forming an alliance of some sort to protect Hajoon.
Im curious what were these bags about which mother Emma kept in the closet.whats your point?
Some think she's Kim Mija aka Jiyong's mother the chairman's true lover. That would explain the fancy bags. But we'll see, she's still very mysterious.
Yes. She is one of the most evil. Maybe she's the one lying in a pool of blood in the previews after ep. 8. She…
I doubt it's her, she's too minuscule of a character for it to be her that's dead. Plus it would just feel unsatisfying if it were to be her. She deserves to be fired but again she knows too much to be fired. I'm betting its Jakyung/Hyejin or maybe even Seohyun. But it very well could be a guy too as we haven't really seen much of the actual dead person, all we've been shown so far is clips of Hisoo.
Honestly the love triangle is the least interesting part of this drama to me. It all is just one big cliche to me.
Anyways I'm hoping stuff picks up again!
Update: It doesn't have a sad ending like Kill It.
