Don't think there will be a next season but there will be another drama in the same universe as this and moving…
MOVING is freaking amazing!!! it's easily one of my all time favorite series ever. i gave it a 10 out of 10! seeing it will make the post credits scene in Light Shop a big thrill!
This reminded me of "missing: the other side" a little
i LOVED both seasons of Missing! it was so great to see actress Lee Jung Eun (who played the loving "matron" of the spirit world Kang Eun Sil from that series) in Light Shop!! she's a fantastic actress!
Is it like "I'll come after you” as if she's gonna follow Hyun Min whether he was dead or alive? And also if…
@moon, she couldn't hang around indefinitely until he remembered her. she knew her time was limited and in the real/living world they'd be having a funeral for her. the morgue Doctor & his assistant kept trying to open her morgue/body storage door to prepare her for her funeral but it wouldn't open due to her not being ready to let go.
and i think when she told him about the light shop she loved him enough to want him to move on back to the living. it was only later in the timeline that she became vengeful/"evil" and started to haunt him.
She has a guest role in the credits scene watch the whole drama before commenting thank you!
the post credit scene is SO worth watching!! we see 2 characters from MOVING!! we see both Go Younjung's character from that series AND we see (this time showing his face. in Moving it only showed his hands/finger snap) the student who can stop time by snapping his fingers!
I was disappointed that what's his name didn't know about his evil mother and how she treated his gf
@cmschatton, i loved this series but i didn't like how the sexy wheelchair guy's final scene ended. so is his deceased gf now a angry/vengeful ghost who will torment the man? or....??? that final shot of him seemingly holding her up in the air and her looking evil was a bad way to end their story imo.
How scary would you guys think this show is cus I get really scared easily
there are a couple of somewhat freaky/creepy scenes early into the series when we don't really know what's going on but this is definitely more a drama than a horror series. by the last 2 or 3 episodes i cried at points in each of those eps. this show is both heartbreaking AND heartwarming with some horror-ish/spooky elements in there (mostly in the beginning of the series).
if you've seen any ghost story movie you should be ok with this series! it's really good!
The post credit bonus scene connects this series to the fantastic series MOVING????? i gasped out loud when it showed Jang Hui Su (Go Youn Jung) and when asked if she was injured in a recent school building collapse, she answers "I can't get hurt"!!!!
and then right after that scene we see the young man with the ability to stop time by snapping his fingers!!! i clapped out loud at both those cameos!! i only now just learned that this series and Moving are from the same writer but i'm confused. were they there just for a fun nod of the hat to MOVING or is there an actual connection between these 2 great shows?
@Malay, i'd add The Tyrant (2024) to your list! if i'm not mistaken it's made by some of the folks who made the 2 awesome The Witch movies. it even has several actors from those 2 films in it!
YES! YES! YES!! Soooo excited for season 2! i thought it would never come to fruition!! does anyone know why it's taken this long for season 2 to get made?
FINALLY!! FINALLY!! finally season 2 gets a release date!! very excited for it! i honestly didn't think it was ever going to get made nor get released!
