I know it’s weird but I watched from ep 5 (the school kids who get pregnant) to 20. Didn’t watch the first 4 episodes also skipped a lot through some episodes (skipped almost all the first ep. about Eun Hui & Mi Ran ). Overall I enjoyed the stories/episodes of Dong Seok & Seon Ah, Yeong Ok & Jeong Jun, Chun Hui & her grand daughter, Dong Seok and his ill mother.
The drama reminded me of Hometown Cha Cha Cha in some ways. I enjoyed it. I do not feel like watching the first 4 episodes but I do recommend people to watch the whole thing.
it takes two to tango and they are just so different in so many ways. what hits me was HG's last words to YS -…
Yes! This! I had also noticed how she never said thank you or sorry to him but he said sorry few times and even when breaking up he sand thank you and sorry. And at least for once she could have uttered those words but no. She didn’t feel affected by the break up, when he left. Up till after watching the video. I disliked her from the very beginning because she just didn’t seem genuine to me. I absolutely didn’t feel like she actually cared about him or loved him. All he was asking for was for her to show she appreciates the things he does and to admit when she’s wrong.
One of the main reasons I really loved Kdramas is because unlike american shows, they would always have only 1 season of max 20 ep (standard, except a few historical dramas or daily dramas).
But once netflix started releasing them, they’re always split into 2 parts and I would be fine with that if the second part would be released 2-3 weeks after the first part. But no…
I’m glad not all good Kdramas are produced by Netflix, at least not yet… 😅 There are still good dramas we can binge watch from beginning to end or have the usual 2 episodes per week schedule 😊
If JY didn’t go around exploring all options and stated clearly from the beginning that he was only interested…
That is not at all what I said 😅 I said had he been only focused on her and less indecisive at least the last day when she was trying to figure out what he was thinking. But even the last day during their talk he told her that he hadn’t decided yet and you could see her disappointment. Would she have been disappointed and would she have spent so much time talking to him during the last free dates time if she had chosen Jungwoo because she had feelings for Jungwoo? No. She didn’t have feelings for Jungwoo except feeling sorry and grateful. At the end she chose Jungwoo not because she was feeling attracted and had feelings for him but because she said it herself : he had feelings for her. She said she chose not the person she likes but the person who likes her. That’s literally what she said at the end of the episode

I believe she wouldn’t have chosen Jungwoo had JY been more « faithful » to her during the whole thing, had he not tried to speak to other girls and “test other grounds”, had he not shown he had doubts about her. But because he showed he wasn’t 100% about her, she decided to chose Jungwoo. That’s what I felt like.
Major red flag at that point. I was taken back watching it despite shipping him and SK. It's like with JY when…
Yeah makes sense. I also thought Nadine was a good match for him because of their date but I guess she should find someone who values her for who she is.
The choice of Seulki I try to understand but I don’t. The day before the final choice, she says she likes everything…
If JY didn’t go around exploring all options and stated clearly from the beginning that he was only interested in Seulki, then she would have chosen him. The only reason she didn’t chose him is because she was hurt by his actions (like hesitating between her and others, not being decisive about her and his unsatisfying answers to their conversations when she wanted to check if he was gonna chose her and so on…). I felt like she just switched to Jungwoo only because of her pride or sth, like she was hurt by JY so she chose the nice guy who only saw her from the beginning. He was plan B to her and she gave a lame excuse as to why she went for him at the end. Pretending like he changed her standards smh. I do not believe her choice was genuine and that made me feel bad for Jungwoo. I expect them to break up very quickly after the show but I hope for Jungwoo that she falls for him for real.
