As much as I don’t care about Solomon’s story, the series is an adaptation of a book, and his story is also told in the book. Pachinko is a story about a family throughout generations and the effects the colonisation had on each one of them, physically and mentally. It’s about the struggles they all went through to survive and the impact it all had on
