I will be honest with you. Some people do not like omegaverse because it is kinda heavily relying on "caste" system or in other words certain hierarchy. I do not have a problem with it, but some might. It is very fluid subgenre so there are no set rules how an omegaverse should look. The authors make their own rules about their own omegaverse universe. Some use mpreg and some dont. Some only believe in omega/alpha pairing and some are fluid and just like here pair alpha with another alpha.
If the version on iQIYI is "uncut", honestly, what's even the point of giving this an NC-17 rating? The NC scenes…
They are not selling this TV series as sex driven, so even though they could have shown more, it didnt bother me, but I understand that for some, it is lacking.

I have not read the novel I am only intepreting what other user here said. They said that there are no betas or omegas in this world. Only alphas, sigmas and enigmas. I think the novel had happy ending for main couple, but idk about others.

He is only with alphas because alphas cannot impregnate other alphas. Sigmas and Enigmas can impregnate alphas and Babe does not want to get pregnant, because Tony wants to trap him and make him produce looooot of babies so he can have more powerful alphas like Babe.
