And people have to realize, that the bite was probably in self-defense bcs Shou Yi was a stranger, plus fights…
In reality it is OK to punch and slap someone if needed, that is what everyone here is trying to freaking say. No relationship is perfect and I doubt you dance through problems if you have one. Punching and slapping someone without reason is wrong and abusive, but if your partner did something, than that punch/slap is in right place. If I could I would underline the word "without reason" because that is really the whole point of this discussion.
Because what I see from your comment is : "in relationships there is NO place for punches or slaps" and here I and others are trying to tell you, that if there is a very GOOD reason for a slap, it is right to do that. Like, hell, if my husband cheats on me, he would recieve such slap that the wall would give him second back, as well.
And people have to realize, that the bite was probably in self-defense bcs Shou Yi was a stranger, plus fights…
I many times in my comment said that if it is justified and reasonable, than that punch or slap is deserved. I even told u a good example. Your example was really bad one, because THAT I would not tolerate, but Shi De and Shu Yi did not break up.
And people have to realize, that the bite was probably in self-defense bcs Shou Yi was a stranger, plus fights…
What got me about your comment is that you feel that this drama will turn abuse into romance - in other words justify it. I am not even turning abuse into romance, because I hate that, but healthy relationships do contain fights - u can ask any psychologist this. If Shi De seriously fucked up, than he deserved that slap.
That offended me big time, simply and I had to reply because anyone who was hurt at least once knows what kind of feeling it is, to slap someone.
There's alot of abuse going on in that MV...with the biting, slapping, punching and throwing that's going on hopefully…
And people have to realize, that the bite was probably in self-defense bcs Shou Yi was a stranger, plus fights (reasonable) in relationships happen. And I hardly call a slap some big abuse. If you fuck up big time, you for sure deserve that slap. If you for example go out with my kid and leave it ALONE in a playground and get home without my kid, than that slap is deserved.
We complain, because they did NOT give us what we wanted. We aren't hating here, or anything, we are simply disappointed.
Lol, I know it isn't a BL. Bong was in vegetative state it would make sense if he never woke up from coma. And the queen was already dead in my eyes once she jumped into that lake, her place was never inside her body. If you saw Chinese version you wouldn't ''accuse'' me of wanting a BL ending.
Lol, and weren't those NC scenes shown in the special? I think they were, cause they did include the kitchen scene so...what will they show if the NC scenes were in special.

That is your opinion I do not see it that way this is why I have not been replying to your other comments, because really, I won't try to persuade you that your opinion is wrong, so please, don't try to kiiiiinda say that your version of ending is right.
Your opinion, not mine. But hold onnnnnnnnnn I think someone forgot about one sexuality - it's called BIsexuality. Lol, you are so sure about someone else's sexuality while here I am not even sure about the sexuality of my own cat.
dont expect the chef will be in coma for the rest of his life
He was in serious vegetative state. From a nurse's perspective he was likely to remain in coma for the rest of his life and if we wanna be completely realistic, he should have died at the impact.
I don’t feel the same way. It just felt like the safest ending so we don’t get homophobic rants
But the good question is...was this the safer side? What if the netizens also wanted the ending we wished for, well I wished for? That means the production dug themselves their own grave, or not?
We don't need huge affection, but I so expected them to meet at the intersection. Like, just pass by each other…
This is WHY I mentioned in my comment Sweet Munchies and Moments at 18 because those shows were in prime time. And they dealt with controversy over the resemblence to the Chinese drama if I am right, because fighting over accuracy would be dumb since right at the start the text says that characters and plot were changed compared to the actual history. Risks, risks, risks, everyone is afraid while the prime time dramas I mentioned were loved bcs of the gay ships. SO, to hell with homophobic TV stations. They created other dramas which had much bigger controversies and suuuuddenly having gay ending would end them? Oh, pls.

Korea is ready, just look at the positive comments the gay characters got in ex. Sweet munchies, Love with flaws, Moments at 18. Both netizens and international fans were MAD like mad mad that neither of those characters got proper ending and the ending of Sweet munchies was like hot stake stabbed in our hearts. And the important fact is that netizens DID love the gay ships. So, Korea is ready, but those darn TV stations are homophobic.

The end.
