It sets your location to different country. Basically the sites u will be on will consider u as a person living in different country. If for example the site operates for Thai ppl only, u can set your VPN to Thailand and the site will work for u. Its basically cheating the system into thinking that u are from Thailand

I don't know WHY are inter. fans so mad about the DVD-boxset issue, since it ain't only for inter. fans but locals too.
The special episode will be aired in cinemas but LIMITED screening only, which means that still about 85% of Thai local fans won't be able to watch it, thus they will also need to buy the DVD-boxset and pay same price as we will.

And don't give me ''shipping is soooo expensive'' it depends on the carrier they will chose. If they chose something like DHL than yeah, it will be expensive, but if they chose post, than it will be cheap. My things from Korea cost me around 12$ on shipping and I am VERY far from Korea.

Than get VPN and do not pull the ''it's expensive'' card on me since the VPN I have is free and I can share a link to it, actually there are tons of VPNs that are free
