Good Doctor has very hard diagnosis and the main protagonist was born with it while these sickness can be gained as the life pass through. Also these cases are not so serious.

Yeah me too..I know only The princess Man and The moon that embraces the sun....It's so sad that koreans won't do more historical dramas with romance as main...I love historical but sadly not much are suitable for my taste T.T
