Wow, why are u linking up feelings of being horny and romance? Like WTF? Some people actually like watching thrillers or action movies/series with slight hints of romance and there is NO reason to shame them for that, like you are doing.

As someone who lives near Germany...Let me just say that a LOT! I feel that Germany did more compensation than Japan and even till this day, Germans are viewed in a bad light in some areas. My aunt married a German and my grandma was very opposed to that. Germany admitted to their wrongs, and not only was divided, but also later used huge amount of money for compensation and other things. Japan on the other hand....sad to say, but many Japanese even till this day view Korea as their piece of land. Hard to say if its cause of mentality or bcs Korea wasnt occupied by Japanese only once but if I remember correctly, twice.

With the way Japan refuses to take accountability it is not surprising that S. Korea keeps making book & film media about the colonization and it's effects.

I think the actress simply lacks the experience and it is normal, she is new. I admit I do have problem that they gave main lead role to a rookie, if u have been in Kdramaland u know there is a ladder. The famous actors we know today each started with minor roles (side character roles) so for me the managment made huge mistake in giving inexperienced person major role - it simply doesnt make sense. She is not an acting genius, so there is no reason to give her such exception. Many times actors grow thanks to those minor roles. I think she should take a step back and start with basics.

The problem is, we are getting less accurate sageuks with comical elements, which itself is bad for the genre. If you look at melodrama sageuks they are truly well-loved. Wish S. Korea would get the hint and get back to doing meldorama sageuks because those are the ones that are objectively well-rated with the viewership analytics.

They both have same theme which is "bossam" meaning kidnapping of bride/groom. 😊

They said there wont be second season. They were very vocal about it 😊

Hard to say really, because the projects she is working on aren't so far-fetched. When someone says the term "sci-fi" I always imagine very advanced technology, but this? Hmmm. Even the official term is saying advanced, and since we do possess a large portion of her technology (recently they developed cultured rice) for me this isn't sci-fi.
