I really hate the direction this seems to be going. This poor man who has had his spirit destroyed is going to…
In my opinion she is the true asshole of their relationship. If not for her and her family he wouldnt be in this mental condition. All I see him is constantly trying while she gives 0 ducks about him. It is rare for me to wish a couple doesnt rekindle their romance.
U actually do have to use the spoiler tag. There is a report button for comments and if the commenta are unmarked spoilers they can be removed for that reason.
With the amount of suffering he is constantly exposed to? Not shocking, at all. She treats him like a garbage,…
She doesn't care about him. She doesn't make an effort to make it better. She views him only as her employee, not her husband. She ignores his family (the celebration of 60th birthday). She is acting as if he was some kind of pest.
As anyone here seen The King 2 hearts? In that drama the ml did something similar that HW is doing here with HI.…
It's one of my fav dramas, but I cannot say these two are similiar. This lovestory started with love/affection, but King 2 Hearts started with true hate and politics.
ML being happy about his wife's death, ohh this is some serious dark comedy I have seen in a kdrama. (but also…
With the amount of suffering he is constantly exposed to? Not shocking, at all. She treats him like a garbage, her family treats him like a garbage and people at work treat him like a garbage. I am shocked he is still standing and breathing with the amount of stress and hate he receives on daily basis.
I think I started to understand some viewers of Marry my husband and My demon. Just like the mentioned dramas above, they were super popular when they were airing and the viewers had mixed reaction. For now, I feel like it's lacking something - like a driving force. It's like I am watching EP11 or 12 and not pilot episodes. Everything is kind of wrapped and the only driving force for now is FL's condition and the overall hate relationship. It does make me question what we're gonna get in next 14 episodes, because that is a LOT of time. In terms of characters, all actors are doing amazing job, but FL character is just...very snobbish person I feel, and I am not fan of how she treats others. Basically, she ain't better than her psycho family LOL.
I am NOT dropping this drama as I am having a watch party with my mom and we somewhat are curious how the story is going to progress:)
EP1 was disappointing for me because you really had to pay attention in order to know who is who. The family is crazy big and for my taste, we got too many characters introduced at once and it was overwhelming for me =/ Hopefully next episodes will slow down a bit.
So, i'm going to review it based on standards which are used in country of my practice aka somewhere in Europe. Being a nurse aid is basically a high school degree - you study it for 4 years and graduate and can work as a nurse aid, but usually ppl just go to college to pursue their career in nursing. From personal experience though, often nurse aids do the job of actual nurses or nurses do the job of nurse aids, because of the serious understaffing. Indeed, in actual situation, nurse aids don't really have a ''big word'' in healthcare, because they are usually treated as ''nurse servants''. What they showed is very very very real; they do bathe patients, they do feed them, change their diapers, change bed sheets (it is exhausting as hell) etc. The scene with insulin - usually when patients are admitted, they hand over all their medications and the nurses administer the medication themselves. It's done so, in order to track the treatment. Imagine if the patient injects the insulin, but the doctor later comes to nurse and tells her to administer other amount of insulin - such thing can lead to death. I agree that patients should learn how to administer the insulin themselves, but that's usually done few days before the patient leaves the hospital and they even get a pamphlet with info. Okay, so the scene where FL barged into the operation room was unrealistic and ridiculous - those things do not happen. Nurse aids do not have access there, at least where I come from. The whole operation - immediate violation of sterile field, like...wow hi sepsis. Idk about scrub nurses in Japan, but here doctors do not name the equipment they want during surgery, they extend their hand and the scrub nurse must know what to give the doctor. ML giving access to operation theater is weird as well, because indeed, she is a nurse aid. The OP room is full and everyone's role is already assigned.
I mean, one of the characters is gay that's pretty much it
main lead is Ji Han, not Do Han so main lead is not gay - but his brother. if you dislike gay/bi/lesbian relationships or ppl on screen, I think u should not give this drama a go.
ah jeong is literally getting married to do han, i hate how shes just roaming around and even spending the night…
It is a business marriage where one of the party is gay, so....actual romance is not gonna happen so why should both of them limit themselves with their love life? The marriage is a literal cover for Do Han to comfortably be himself aka slap the booty.
May it be as good as Manner of Death, don't let me down again Sammon.
Pls, make it better if there's gonna be anything medical, because the nurse in me was dying when watching Manner of death :D I LOVED THE PLOT, THE ACTORS BUT....the mistakes...
She doesn't make an effort to make it better.
She views him only as her employee, not her husband.
She ignores his family (the celebration of 60th birthday).
She is acting as if he was some kind of pest.

The ending shocked me hahah.
First Bible and now our poor Do Han!
