Hi CloudEclipse, I understand what you mean, but I don't feel it that way here. In other dramas, there's this cliché of one partner giving the other food, water, or even their breath. There, I can feel the romantic moment, but not here. Perhaps it's the underlying context that doesn't work for me here. However, that's just my personal perception.

I just wanted to point out that I'm not a fan of the lead actor, to emphasize that my recommendation doesn't come from a die-hard fan. When I ponder to watch a drama I'm searching for those recommendations. That's all. I certainly didn't mean to disparage him as an actor. I'm sorry if I've offended any fans. English isn't my first language, and I try to correct it with Google Translate, but I don't always succeed. I agree with everyone here who has said that you can, of course, watch a drama even if you're not a fan of the actors.

I always hope this page could be a place where people can express their thoughts and feelings without attacking others or belittling the work or personalities of the actors. And I see I have to do better in this regard.

Sadly, not many people seem to know the possibility to rate each episode. It would rise the rating of this show. And no, even as it seems like it, you don't have to write a comment or review to rate each episode.

No. And the story doesn't need romance. It's a very good and interesting story that still keeps me guessing. Despite some design decisions I'm opposed to, I recommend it. There is no overly outdrawn heart-wrenching drama here and that alone gives me some respite. And I'm not a fan of the ML actor.

I watched the first and second episode and sneaked a peak in the next episodes as I've got not enough time right now. It's a solid production. Go for it folks!

I'm 5 Episodes in and really enjoying this!It's light and very funny and giving me a break from the other currently running heavier famous C-dramas.

I like this drama so far, even as it's lacking some qualities. But Landi Li is making a good job in portraying Wan and that helps to overlook some overdone visuals like the idol romance wind blowing the protagonists hair to emphasize the romance or the heroism aspect. Sadly Yan Chi's character seems too two dimensional written until now. I encourage undecided or new people to watch it. The story is good!

Thanks for answering my questions. I wasn't home for some days so I just found your post. I agree, finding some connections between the stories would be great. I like mysteries and researching things too and now I believe, I definitely have to watch them all again! ;-) :-)

Sometimes I watch some episodes of Ultimate Note, when I'm feeling like it. For me it's more a thing about friendship. But in some parts the Iron Triangel seems very close to each other and in others not so much. Maybe I will rewatch the series after Zang Hai. You have read the novels? That's great! I wanted to ask you, if you've read them. How are they written? Did you enjoy reading them? Would you recommend starting with the first book or starting later?
As I'm watching with english subtitles, I would hope they write the name close to Zang Hai /Cang Hai, so I would be able to discover it. ;-)

Hi OneLuffy, thank you very much! I watched several of the Tomb Series. I remember the copper fish and the Bronze Door. But as I told before, I'm just able to follow the story and often fail to grasp all the names. Now I know where to look. :-)

Hi OneLuffy, if you have time on your hand, would you be so kind to elaborate on the tomb builder of the tomb series. Which of the series does mention him. I always got lost with all the names mentioned in those dramas as I'm not Chinese and have to follow via translation in other languages.
