So, is there any evidence to support your suggestion that this actor obtains his roles through sexual favors?
To clarify any objections beforehand, for me being in a envirement where sexuel favors are expected for you to strive in your job, qualify as sexual abuse too.
So stopp harming actual victims of sexual abuse.

No, you have to watch the anime if you like to continue the story.

Yes! Many people complained about the costumes in the first episodes. But that's kind of superficial. The whole drama get's better and is very worth your time if you like the story.

I highly recommend this drama to any Wuxia fan! Even if you're not usually a fan of the genre. In recent years, I've been captivated by dramas like "Fangs of Fortune," "Mysterious Lotus Casebook," and "Blood of Youth." While this drama doesn't quite reach their level, it enthralled me just as much.

I think this is due to the story, the complex male lead, and the strong female characters Cai Zhao and Cai Ping Shu. The fight scenes and the understated costumes with their classic cuts, especially some on the male lead, were also fantastic. Check it out and see for yourself!

Don't forget to rate each episode! The rating is going down and this drama, even with it's flaws, deserves better!

I love the costume style in this drama very much! It's very refreshing and fiitting for a wuxia drama. It reminds me more of a samurai drama and especially the firsts episodes Zhou Yiran's costume with the grey and white colering is very beautiful!

Just try it out yourself! For me it's worth the watch. Zhou Yiran acts perfectly a very grey role.
