Did Ahn Joon Ho desert the army too? He was heading the opposite way at the end.
My take on the ending wasnt that he deserted but that he disobeyed command, everyone went right as usual following the same old command system (which is the same system that ultimately lead to the abuse and death of many soldier) but instead he rebelled and went the other direction...imo he isnt going to desert but he's taking a turn to change the system. He no longer wants to obey the old system and goes left instead towards a new direction and a new system. (but thats just my take)
3 episodes in and honestly it isnt as gripping or as dark as i thought itd be.. I probably went in with high expectations because of all the good comments and high ratings but up to now it's, meh, okay. not necessarily something I'd binge.
I'm in episode 6 and ngl its quite boring. My mister was much slower than Run Ons pace but it had depth, characters were compelling even the silence in the scenes had meaning. But As for Run On I'm literally watching in 2x speed most times just to get through an episode. I liked the fL blutness at first but throughout the 6 episodes ive watched she has the same poker face throughout her acting same as ML but i suppose ML is supposed to be an odd character but hes so boring and i dont feel any connection between the 2 leads... At this point all that interests me is Seo Dan Ohs character
I'm finding it difficult to get passed ep 11, I might have to do that just to finish. I am curious what happens…
I'd say go ahead & do just that! ^^ you’ll feel like youre watching a mini-series consisting of only the second couple (since their total screentime doesnt add up to much throughout the entire series) honestly its a breath of fresh air, a cute little love story with no unnecessary drama and just the right amount of suspense to keep you curious without dragging.
First time seeing him act in Doom at your service and all I can say is that I skipped the entire series and only watched the scenes with him and the second FL in it! He's so Charming and he really does steal the scene with his presence. New fan right here!
I might get hated on for this but honestly I skipped through everything and only watched the scenes that included the second lead because that to me was the only thing worthwhile to watch. Their chemistry, their relationship, their push and pull I absolutely LOVED IT and I dont regret skipping through the rest of the show. I really would love it actually if they had their own seperate show!
As for the main couple, tbh it was very predictable what was gonna happen to them to the point that even though i compeletely skipped all their scenes, when i saw their ending (as i was skipping) the plot fell exactly into what I predicted was gonna happen so no surprises whatsoever. Predicatble, bland, inconsistent and sometimes confusing plot.
But to be fair as well im not a huge fan of fantasy dramas so I might be giving a biased opinion seeing as the only point of interest to me was the "realistic" relationship of the second couple.
What the heck?! I literally just finished the 6th episode and with tears in my eyes and warmth in my heart I am now here typing down these words to express how this show has made me feel. Im in love with this show so far and its wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. W A R M T H. thats all i have to say for now... Im off to complete it and I definetly reccomend if anyone is looking for something slow, soothing and healing.
This movie left me with chills throughout my whole body. It's a cold, merciless, rollecoaster of a thriller that leaves you with a bad feeling through and through, and bad not because its a bad movie, it certainly is a quite a good THRILLER, but bad as in I felt like I've seen something so dark/menacing that I shouldnt have seen. I watched this at 12am - 2 am and had to watch anime afterwards so that I can sleep because there was absolutely no way for me to sleep soundly right after watching a movie like that.
This was actually a really fun, thrilling movie to watch! I think people were disappointed because it had some big names and people were expecting something overly dramatic and instantly comparing it to Train to Busan..... I went into it with zero expectations and was pleasantly surprised by it. Its a FUN movie nonetheless and I really enjoyed it.
Suspense perfectly fits the description, I was on the tip of my toes throughout the whole movie anticipating what was going to happen next. Loved it! It was very enjoyable.
I've only seen him in two films, but thats about to change because he instantly rose up to one of my favourite actors just from those two movies. The films I saw him in were Memoir of a Murderer and Hope and in both movies I was in complete awe of his acting and how drastically different both characters were in each respective film and yet he protrayed both perfectly and seamlessly, his emotional range is incredible! I'm surprised he doesnt get as much recognition as other greats. He's easily my top and fav right now
