That's the kind of story I would never buy. The couple sticks together at the beginning of the story “just because,” even if it's with the idea of climbing the ranks in the army, and if thousands of soldiers thought the same way, would there be a battalion at the protagonist's house? “Oh, but few would want to follow him because he's discredited,” and why the hell would she follow him? Wouldn't she think the same way as the other soldiers? There's little chance of rising through the ranks with someone discredited by the kingdom. It's just an absurd plot because the two are going to have a romance. If I were reading it, I would never buy this story.
To climb her career ladder. For a soilder from commoner background like her to move up, she needs to accumulate…
But that's pure poetic license. And what if a million soldiers shared the same opinion/idea? Even if you want to argue that he's discredited by the kingdom, why would she go after someone like that? The chances of advancing her career are slim. That kind of argument was made up in this romance just so they could end up together. If I were reading the book, I would never buy it. She sticks to him because there has to be a romance, and that's it.
So it is impossible for most scriptwriters to amend misoginic traits. Why not let the FL do what she is the best…
The character herself is as lost as the viewer. Can't you see that she doesn't know who she is? One day she's a general, the next she's having meaningless conversations with other women about dresses.
I agree with you. There are several episodes with boring plots that don't hold your attention, and I found the supporting characters weak as well as their stories. It doesn't hold your attention, and I agree with you that the focus should be on a strong villain and revenge.
This Cdrama is full of filler they could’ve cut a bunch of episodes and all the pointless talk. I thought there’d be some action scenes, but looks like I’m out of luck
I think most people already know why being extremely white is such a concern in Asia, and now they're going to do this ridiculous thing with the girl with voluminous, tangled hair, as if that type of hair were ugly. I'm sorry to inform them, but being extremely white doesn't make anyone rich and successful.
I think people expect too much from Gawin, he's not even among the best actors at GMMTV
Yes, many people say he is excellent, but on the other hand, there are also people saying that he acts by pouting or seems like a door, meaning he doesn’t show emotions. I conclude that he is in the category of average actors.
