I saw both and liked both. Even if I prefer the original both were good. And I will just add one thing:"…
I get what you mean, what I was saying is just whichever of them I would have had to eat in too much quantities in a meal I just wouldn't be able to eat it at all even if it's just one of them (not even thinking about it ALL TOGETHER for God sake... already feeling sick T-T).
I saw both and liked both. Even if I prefer the original both were good.
And I will just add one thing:" wasabi, azuki and vegetable juice… that’s just evil, especially compared to sugar, salt and vinegar." I'm sorry to say this but you never tasted a meal overly too much salted or with too much vinegar, I did and it was just as uneatable as the wasabi tube emptied in it... >.<"
As expected the drama is as heart aching as the manga. Some people who are looking for a nice cute and happy ending drama will definitely not like it. In my case i appreciate it. It shows the dark sides of society, something that are reality for many people. In her bad luck she met Obâ-san and Yoshiyûki. Actually this drama is a lot closer to reality than many high rated ones. But not much people want to see reality in a drama. Now the acting was good enough. It is worth watching, even if i prefered the manga.
I watched it until episode 11 and i am quiet bored. It is fun, going back and forth in time is really original the storyline as well, but it seems like i am really losing interest in it. Overall i would give it a 7/10 for now but i think i need to drop it for a while.
it was a good drama but honestly, not something i'd be overly excited with. there were so many flaws in the writing…
I just finished it and i totally agree with you. It was a bit over-rated.
If the rate was a bit lower i would have certainly been pleased. I should really stop to check the rating before watching i expect too much after.
Starting this drama. Watched ep. 1. Frankly it wasn't all that amazing, but I loved that they had the guts to…
Well i'm in the middle of watching it, it was a bit long to begin but it's really good after. For now in my opinion it's a bit over-rated. I mean it's nice and good but i feel like something is missing. Maybe i will find it in the next episodes.
having a korean actor who deasnt speak mandarin subbed really weird like in skip beat for me it takes away all…
What is even more disturbing about it is when you can actually read on her lips in Korean like 2-3 words and hear the Chinese dubbing a very long sentence... Or moments she opens her mouth once and the all sentence continues as if she talks but her mouth is zoomed and closed. x)
I really had a good surprise, i usually don't have much expectations with adaptations, even more when there is already one that i enjoyed, but it was well done with a good and convincing cast (even if Hye Sun's dubbing is just awful). I fell for each characters, been heartbroken when they were, happy when they were, annoyed with them. And even angry at them for sometimes being foolish as i would be to a real person. I'm happy i watched it.
Now, let's meet again in 50 years to see the continuation. We will all be old but Jiro won't age.
Really Funny! I didn't like the first episode, but other than that all the other episodes made me laugh alot.…
I think it's because he tries to hide it all along, trying to put any possible suspicion about her being a girl away, like that he shows an "uncaring" side when it's actually the opposite. Now maybe this side was a bit over-acted and that's why you can't feel nor see it this way. Or maybe you just didn't like Oguri Shun's acting which i would respect, after all each to his own taste.

Those "stares" are directly picked from the manga, they are supposed to be intense and full of meaning. She says his name this way because of all she actually means behind it and nothing like a grudge she would have for him. x) I don't find their relationship forced at all it's just they both have some hard to deal with temper. They are reserved and over-thinking at once. Now for Nakatsu/Mizuki couple i was completely against it in the manga so i was glad they respected it when i first watched it. I mean of course they are cute and all but they were too "friendly" to finish together. Nearly never fought, just too perfect and we all know Mizuki didn't see him as a man at all, it would have last for a time and broke from lack of any romantic feelings on Mizuki's side.
I loved Japanese version of Hana Kimi, so I'm confused if I should watch Korean version of it or not. I just don't…
Well to be honest, this one is definitely not comparable to the Japanese Hana Kimi. Now they didn't exactly follow the real storyline, they changed some scenes but globally the same with an all "sweet & cute" ambiance and comical parts. If you didn't see the first i would have told you to check this one first, but now all i have to tell you is don't drop it. Put it aside for the days Japanese Hana Kimi won't be all fresh in your mind and you want some nice and sweet drama.
In my opinion some people have been a bit harsh on this adaptation (and i'm saying this as a BIG FAN of "Hanazakari no kimitachi e"). At first sight it's refreshing and sweet. But for someone who saw/read Hana Kimi first, it will definitely get boring because it's a simplified version with some missing characters and parts, many of what we expect to see (as watcher of the J-drama or reader of the manga) just doesn't appear in it. It lost all it's original depth. Now it's still good enough for someone who begin by this one. It gave a lighter dimension to this story. Yes it cannot compare with Hana Kimi but i think it's still nice and it made me smile and laugh a few times. I don't plan to re-watch it but I wouldn't go as far as some saying i lost my time.
Ugh, why they keep changing the no. of episodes? u_u
Must be because they are not sure of the number yet. I just watched the episode 24, so i guess 32 is the right number, after all we still have to know a few things. It wouldn't be too much to have that many episodes for the storyline i think.
Well, seems like i can't get into it. I watched the first and second episodes. It was good, both acting and plots,…
You both must be right, but i still will make a break before trying again because i can't seem to be able to keep interest in it this days. Like i said i my previous comment my mood must be the reason of my lack of interest. Thank you for your replies, i will definitely try again
Well, seems like i can't get into it. I watched the first and second episodes. It was good, both acting and plots, but that's all. It kind of surprised me since i heard about it as awesome and i am usually a fan of the kind, mystery i mean, vampire too but it depends on how it's done. Since i hate to feel like i force myself watching a drama, i'll stop there for now. Maybe i'll try to continue after a month or two, to see if it's that i wasn't in the mood for it.
Just begun and for now i find it a little boring but since i'm curious by nature i'll keep watching until i can't take it anymore (hoping it won't happen though...) I'm not of those who drop drama easily, and i don't want this one to be one of the exceptions.
