It’s been 5 years and It still remains my most favorite drama of all the time. In first year of watching the drama, I watched their scenes together until I remembered which scene in which ep not to mention I use VPN to watch at one YouTube channel 😅 (I was new to Cdrama at that time and I didn’t know much a bout where to watch Cdrama.) I couldn’t count how many times I watched their scenes. I even recorded some favorite scenes on my phone.

It’s more than a week after I finished watching the series. Now I’m still here. Can’t move on from leads characters, their chemistry and especially ML’s look. He was just too beautiful with those styles. 🫠

I’m at ep 24. Yeah, there was character development. But I also enjoy the trouble she made. So it was pretty fine for me 😅

I give this 9/10. The story, the balance between solving cases and romance, the acting, all are fabulous for me. It’s just Jinyi can’t portray the role which He Hui Zi (original Yang Cai Wei) built at first 2 ep. Anw, It’s impossible for 2 different actors portray exactly the same character. It just me who likes the chemistry in the first 2 ep more. 😅

Her role in Under the power was my favorite too. But I admire how she portrayed the role in Fox summer, not the role itself. Her role there was such a hard one, but she portrayed it very well.

Give it a try until ep 5 or 6. You may love it.

From 1 to 34 ep, writer carefully explains us to accept that human and demon can be co-existing as long as they choose the same right path. Then, in the last 2 ep, the writer betrays her own good works. 🙂 I agree with someone who commented that the writer purposely makes a tragic ending. But it turned to be a bad one instead 🙂 They could have done it better.
