All for topping the imperial exam, lucrative official position and power! But then ruthless that he is, LC invites him for tea in his carriage and poisons him. When that guy asks why he poisoned him he says " Once disloyal, never to be used again" " it is exactly because you are like me that I am killing you. The person I hate the most is someone like myself " He probably didn't die then but became psychotic and took his revenge.
