I can't claim the same for MGB cause they keep repeating the same plot for every episode which is, Mark tells Tong not to do something, and Tong does exactly that. And they keep trusting people (Mark trusting Nakan in ep 11) for no reason. Gets a bit repetitive

I feel like the scripts need to be updated considering the era. Forgiving someone just cause they're your parent is a thing of the past. If they hurt you and you don't wanna forgive them, that's totally okay. Forgiveness is not necessary for healing, but acceptance is. Accept the fact that you were hurt and move on. The emotional manipulation, forcing someone to forgive another, makes me wanna puke. Before anyone comes at me about cultural aspects regarding family, I'm from south asia and understand the "family values" in this region enough.
