I guess there's a certain charm in an eternal happily ever after. I feel like things will majorly differ from the book by the end, so I can't even guess what's going to happen

as it is taking a bit different turn, I feel like the series will do better than the book

I mean if you finish the book, it's not really a spoiler anymore tho...you just know the whole story now. and then the differences become like little treats

things have strayed a bit since episode 5. before that the differences aren't major, like Mark lives in a penthouse apartment and not a house, or he gets sick in his room at the dorm where Tong takes care of him instead of the house. The rest is pretty similar. And I don't wanna tell you more in case i end up giving a spoiler

number 4 are the scariest cause they think they own the actors >_<

Why Thara hasn't done something about Nakan isn't even explained in the novel. My best guess is that since there's no proof of Nakan doing anything out of order, Thara can't get rid of him without seeming like a dictator who just does things because she felt so. They have a front to put up after all, otherwise all the vampires might rebel against her

Not a spoiler, but I feel like the show is better than the novel XD the execution, even with slight hitches are definitely better
