these short chinese gl shows aren’t made for tv, they’re made independently for internet platforms such as bilibili.

they still have to follow censorship (you never see a kiss in one of these) but they do tend to edge the line enough that you can tell that it’s meant to be gay, if that makes sense

I get where you're coming from, but Hongo is also literally the original. I mean, he's called V1 for a reason. He probably would've been in more episodes had there not been uncontrollable behind-the-scenes circumstances.
