In my opinion, I enjoyed all of it. The crime parts and the romance parts. I'm very use to these drama's, since…
Exactly, I enjoyed their interactions and the romance. There was no unnecessary love triangle which is what I feel can be annoying in most dramas. There was none and I enjoyed their bickering.. The drama is not a gritty crime drama. People just enjoy complaining
Okay, I am honestly confused by people complaining about the bromance/romance. Bromance is not bl and people saying if it was just bromance and no romance it would have been better-really!! Goblin had solid romance and bromance the bromance over shadowed the romance just like Goblin!! I just don’t always get the hate on fleads. Some of us like crime-thrillers with a bit of romance. It's provides a bit softness to grittiness of crimes and detective work. And the romance in the drama was extremely subtle.. with or without that tiny bit of romance the crimes investigated were a bit poor !! Don't make it look like the romance took anything away from it. The crimes were simplistic and a bit disjointed.WHAT DO YOU PEOPLE WANT..
I want to watch this but I don’t like draggy and serious love triangles. I don’t like love triangles at all... How serious is it- SML annoying and overbearing? Or just like Sassy gogo?
I LOVE THIS MOVIE !!! Every movie has its flaws but the best movies can make you love the flaws!! I love the fact that Chief Kim and the Finance director didn’t change abruptly because they fell in love with a woman. They were both bad but had lines they could and would not cross which made their gradual change acceptable. Situations, circumstances and the people they interacted with (both good and bad) contributed to this!! Refreshing !!!!!
why are they so worked over that? they were 12?! It's disappointing that Tang Xue viewed Yu Bing as her best friend…
It’s way different in the novel.. in the novel she knew she was a bully, she admitted and apologized to him. She was sad because she knew how terrible she was to him and understood why he would want to run away. She was hurt by him leaving but she knew she played a role that led to that. The father was just being stupid even in the novel but not this bad because he knew his daughter was a BULLY They changed a lot of things and not for the better. Mad at the writers!!!
It’s so different from the novel... the novel is of a better quality than the movie. Why do directors and writers believe they need to drag out unnecessary love triangles and the sad was annoying but not this annoying. This is too much. Sticking to the novel alone!!
Best male second lead is (Han Woo-tak) ... While you are sleeping . Wanted him to find love not necessarily with the female, but just find love. Chinese dramas are the worst with SLS.. they just never accept the no.
I do agree with your post to a certain degree. I am not always a fan of the ‘male lead’ sometimes but I still don’t always want the ladies ending up with most of the second male lead, why ? Selfishness. The second male lead’s niceness is attached to his feelings and expectations. The feelings though nice becomes troublesome, I like you so you must like me back even when I can tell you don’t / can’t. Truly caring about someone makes you put their feelings above yours not the other way around. How do you get so engrossed in your feelings that you do things to hurt who you claim to care about. Then the writers don’t help matters, the feisty female lead who takes no bullshit from the male lead suddenly becomes blind and deaf to the second male lead actions and feelings. Like, seriously- Why do the writers do this. the second male lead oversteps, acts rude to ‘her man’ and she says nothing, the minute the male lead tries that, she flares up. I don’t know if it’s a generic Kdrama troupe but it pisses me off. I really Don’t get the whole second male lead ish- and not all 2nd male leads are good, even the nice ones. They scheme to get the girl, overwhelm her with their emotions even after being told no.. make her uncomfortable, tell her to date him irrespective of her own feelings. I get that male leads can be assholes but honestly if someone tried to hound me to date him I will hurt you. The disrespect in it all- him not being right for her doesn’t mean the nice scheming second male lead is too.. fucking entitled. The damaged male lead storyline is tiresome also.. but one thing I have always noticed is- when a girl says no, the one who always respects her decision most times is the male lead. He lets her go , even when he should be fighting for her since she does like him. It’s always most second leads that refuse to- saying I’ll make you like him, can’t it be me.
